Well, yes some of Kiwiblog’s commenters are indeed over the top Mr. Trotter. You should take a look at the thread entitled “The Rule of Law on the Electoral Finance Act”, for a good example.
You’ll see where some faceless loon calling himself Redbaiter_baiter has comment bombed Kiwiblog with 50 odd comments this afternoon. Disgraceful behaviour, and something I wouldn’t think for one minute that you would condone. Surprising thing is, although he first denies it, he admits later to being an associate of yours.
I thought it quite hypocritical that someone who enforces such an outrageous level of moderation on your blog, [ example- "Comment deleted for being pointless trolling. Bryan Spondre Blog Producer"] can go to someone else’s blog and carry on in such a disgraceful manner.
I guess anyone truly concerned with behavioural standards in the blogosphere might care about such arrogant deceit and hypocrisy. However, given your predilection for making excuses for perpetrators, I can’t see you issuing any apology, (and I don’t think many readers would be surprised by that either.)

Today, I’m told by people with close links to the Beehive spin machine, the Clark/Peters, Labour First Axis will claim that Owen Glenn has been secretly funding that National Party and that National has then “hidden” these “donations” by failing to declare them to the Electoral Commission. Peters wants to appear before the Privileges Committee in public to make this claim. Clark hopes it will generate sufficient doubt to smear National and avoid her having to fire Peters, who it now seems clear has something on her or her government, preventing her from acting, as Bill English has alleged.
The basis of this latest lunatic spin, according to those I have spoken with, is that $40,000 of the $100,000, that Owen Glenn paid on Peters’ request to his lawyer Brian Henry, was then paid to the National Party or a trust associated with the National Party to pay the $40,000 court-costs ordered against Peters as a result of the court finding there was no merit in Peters’ case in Peters v Clarkson (the Tauranga electoral petition.)
If Hooton is correct then I can only assume that Helen and her Poodle have a death wish and are political zombies.

I have just been banned from Matthew Hooten’s Policy Blog.
Following a string of rather strange posts from someone styled ‘redbaiter-baiter’ yesterday who was alleged to be Bryan Spondre (Policy Blog’s ‘producer’), I took a look at Policy Blog. Following Hooten’s latest post was a comment from Brian Spondre saying
“Fun,fun,fun. The trolls will be on full froth today.”
I them made a very very polite post asking if he was the person who had been posting as ‘redbaiter-baiter’?
My question stayed up for a few minutes, and was then replaced by

I wonder if the salary of Matthew Pilott BA PGDipArts (Political Studies), and who I presume to be the son, or some relation to as they seem to be the only Pilotts in the hive of industry that is Wellington, Brenda Pilott of the PSA and Marty Pilott of Victoria University, can be counted towards the Labour party’s election spending?

I guess anyone truly concerned with behavioural standards in the blogosphere might care about such arrogant deceit and hypocrisy. However, given your predilection for making excuses for perpetrators, I can’t see you issuing any apology, (and I don’t think many readers would be surprised by that either.)

I have just been banned from Matthew Hooten’s Policy Blog.
Following a string of rather strange posts from someone styled ‘redbaiter-baiter’ yesterday who was alleged to be Bryan Spondre (Policy Blog’s ‘producer’), I took a look at Policy Blog. Following Hooten’s latest post was a comment from Brian Spondre saying
“Fun,fun,fun. The trolls will be on full froth today.”
I them made a very very polite post asking if he was the person who had been posting as ‘redbaiter-baiter’?
My question stayed up for a few minutes, and was then replaced by

If Trotter/Spondre moderate their blog and delete comments they don’t like, they do that because it is THEIR BLOG.

I wonder if the salary of Matthew Pilott BA PGDipArts (Political Studies), and who I presume to be the son, or some relation to as they seem to be the only Pilotts in the hive of industry that is Wellington, Brenda Pilott of the PSA and Marty Pilott of Victoria University, can be counted towards the Labour party’s election spending?

I suspect Dylan Robinson aka Mike Porton aka Robinsod is a legend in his own lunchbox. I doubt very much whether he has hacked into Cameron’s blog. No doubt he would like the blogo-sphere to believe he has.

It is General Debate so I will try something different.
I suggest that bloggers glance at the Channel 65 Alt TV.
Their Uncles programme at 7.30 p.m. is hilarious. Their Sunday News Roast is good. Their lengthy interview with Robert Fisk was a breath of fresh air. Okay, their music videos are excrement.
There is a left wing bias but it is no where near as nauseating as Philu’s bile.

Well, maybe there’s a few of you who do have the odd scruple. Frankly, I find it hard to believe. As one who has fought for eight years now to break the progressive’s grip on NZ’s culture, I can tell you from my own experience, that whenever you think the power obsessed smug self righteous left have sunk to the lowest possible point on any scale of morality, they always find a way to sink lower.
