Well, yes some of Kiwiblog’s commenters are indeed over the top Mr. Trotter. You should take a look at the thread entitled “The Rule of Law on the Electoral Finance Act”, for a good example.

You’ll see where some faceless loon calling himself Redbaiter_baiter has comment bombed Kiwiblog with 50 odd comments this afternoon. Disgraceful behaviour, and something I wouldn’t think for one minute that you would condone. Surprising thing is, although he first denies it, he admits later to being an associate of yours.

I thought it quite hypocritical that someone who enforces such an outrageous level of moderation on your blog, [ example- “Comment deleted for being pointless trolling. Bryan Spondre Blog Producer”] can go to someone else’s blog and carry on in such a disgraceful manner.

I guess anyone truly concerned with behavioural standards in the blogosphere might care about such arrogant deceit and hypocrisy. However, given your predilection for making excuses for perpetrators, I can’t see you issuing any apology, (and I don’t think many readers would be surprised by that either.)

Matthew Hooton is alleging that Helen and her Poodle are going to accuse Owen Glenn of funding National.

Stand by for more insane spin out of the Beehive today, following up Michael Cullen’s ridiculous claim that John Key was in some way responsible for the world financial meltdown and Helen Clark’s disgusting performance yesterday claiming Key, if he was prime minister, would have killed 60 young New Zealanders.

Today, I’m told by people with close links to the Beehive spin machine, the Clark/Peters, Labour First Axis will claim that Owen Glenn has been secretly funding that National Party and that National has then “hidden” these “donations” by failing to declare them to the Electoral Commission. Peters wants to appear before the Privileges Committee in public to make this claim. Clark hopes it will generate sufficient doubt to smear National and avoid her having to fire Peters, who it now seems clear has something on her or her government, preventing her from acting, as Bill English has alleged.

The basis of this latest lunatic spin, according to those I have spoken with, is that $40,000 of the $100,000, that Owen Glenn paid on Peters’ request to his lawyer Brian Henry, was then paid to the National Party or a trust associated with the National Party to pay the $40,000 court-costs ordered against Peters as a result of the court finding there was no merit in Peters’ case in Peters v Clarkson (the Tauranga electoral petition.)

If Hooton is correct then I can only assume that Helen and her Poodle have a death wish and are political zombies.

So, Helen Clark is now using prorata arguments to say that 60 people will have died if NZ sent troops to Iraq.

Well, lets apply that argument to Helens salary.

George Bush is paid 600k (NZD) per annum to rule a country 75 times the population of NZ.

So, using the prorata argument, Helen should be paid $8,000 per year.

I have just been banned from Matthew Hooten’s Policy Blog.

Following a string of rather strange posts from someone styled ‘redbaiter-baiter’ yesterday who was alleged to be Bryan Spondre (Policy Blog’s ‘producer’), I took a look at Policy Blog. Following Hooten’s latest post was a comment from Brian Spondre saying

“Fun,fun,fun. The trolls will be on full froth today.”

I them made a very very polite post asking if he was the person who had been posting as ‘redbaiter-baiter’?

My question stayed up for a few minutes, and was then replaced by

“Comment deleted & poster banned for trolling.

Bryan Spondre aka redbaiter_baiter
Blog Producer”

Apparently, even asking the ‘blog producer’ about the identity of a poster on another blog is trolling, and gets you banned. Sorry, Mr Hooten, but you have just lost a reader. I won’t be back.

While I don’t agree with Redbaiter on much at all, I believe his description of Mr Spondre an an idiot is pretty close to the mark.

If Trotter/Spondre moderate their blog and delete comments they don’t like, they do that because it is THEIR BLOG.

If Mr Farrar objects to Redbaiter_baiter’s efforts, it falls to Mr Farrar to say something and/or delete/block them.

These continual moanings from third parties e.g. Ratty & Dad4 about “censorship” and “jack-booted thuggery” and about how it’s all OH SO UNFAIR are a bit flaccid – and also totally irrelevant. Although they are quite amusing to read!

I wonder if the salary of Matthew Pilott BA PGDipArts (Political Studies), and who I presume to be the son, or some relation to as they seem to be the only Pilotts in the hive of industry that is Wellington, Brenda Pilott of the PSA and Marty Pilott of Victoria University, can be counted towards the Labour party’s election spending?

He does spend an awful lot of time on countless blogs, including 11% of the comments on Colin Espiner’s blog (very mainstream, wide audience that one), preaching the party line and presenting all sorts of “facts” and spin. Linkwhoring to the Labour party 2008 budget, sorry I meant election policies. But he doesn’t work in politics of course, not with that sort of academic record. He’s “private sector”. 120k I hear. Must be an important job, can’t imagine there’d be much time to post on political blogs.

Speaking of other blogs, how long do you guys think it will be before somebody hacks into Robinsods blog given his admitted vandalism of Whale’s site?

Liberals have hacked into Sarah Palin’s private Yahoo email account, stolen the contents thereof, and are gleefully posting emails, photographs of the Palins’ children, and so forth on cesspool liberal web sites. Michelle Malkin reports that the liberals have:

…used Bristol Palin’s illegally obtained private cell phone number from her mom’s private account, recorded her voicemail message, and posted it on their website.
They have reprinted her husband Todd’s private e-mail address and son Track’s private e-mail address.

The McCain/Palin campaign issued this statement:

This is a shocking invasion of the Governor’s privacy and a violation of law. The matter has been turned over to the appropriate authorities and we hope that anyone in possession of these emails will destroy them. We will have no further comment.

Just another reminder that there is no sense of decency on the Left.

Actually I think that’s called solidarity or group think.

Damn right, and its exampled again where the Trotter Hooten blog is publishing users IP addresses. When most blogs would only divulge such information because of a court order, these scum do it quite freely if they decide you meet their clouded and subjective definiton of “obnoxious”.

Typical of Trotter and his mates, and also indicative of how ideologically fucked the right are in NZ, when two of the bloggers describe themselves as National supporters. Even the most far left sites respect users trust in not abusing their IP addresses. Not these vile scum. They have crossed this important line of morality and trust without turning a hair.

Correction, I publish the IP addresses of those who have been banned. Most online forums (unlike blogs) publish all IP addresses to encourage good behavior.

I suspect Dylan Robinson aka Mike Porton aka Robinsod is a legend in his own lunchbox. I doubt very much whether he has hacked into Cameron’s blog. No doubt he would like the blogo-sphere to believe he has.

It is General Debate so I will try something different.
I suggest that bloggers glance at the Channel 65 Alt TV.
Their Uncles programme at 7.30 p.m. is hilarious. Their Sunday News Roast is good. Their lengthy interview with Robert Fisk was a breath of fresh air. Okay, their music videos are excrement.
There is a left wing bias but it is no where near as nauseating as Philu’s bile.
