Happy Families – not

I am actually in the camp which generally thinks the Government will last three years (mainly because no-one will want to be blamed for pulling it down early) but when you have the Foreign Minister refusing to be photographed with all the other Ministers, and then refusing to smile in the photo with the PM and GG, I really do wonder whether it will last.
