Ads that never make it to air

One nice thing about having been involved at the national level for the last few campaigns is that you sometimes get to see the ads that never get used, especially the hyper-aggressive attack ads. I can recall watching a couple of these and almost crapping myself at the thought of the ad being broadcast, yet a litle part of me wanting to see people’s faces when they watch it.

Anyway below is a GOP ad which was produced but never aired in the US. It makes fun of the Democrats having given the North Korean dictator a basketball signed by Michael Jordan in 2000, as a sign of goodwill so they will not produce nuclear weapons.

I suspect more people may end up seeing the ad on You Tube than if they had used it!
