The only people who should be prosecuted are those (if any) who broke the law.

People who invested in Hanover because that nice Richard Long worked for them as opposed to because they did their actual research which everyone does when investing part of their life savings, did break the law Scott.

They broke the law of Common Sense. Of: if you’re mental, life will trip you up. Everyone knows that law and if you’re so foolish as not to have heard of it let alone avoid it you deserve everything that happens same as that person who had an accident in his Winnebaggo because he thought the Cruise Control meant auto-pilot and went back to make himself a cuppa.

These people are already being prosecuted O_A, in the court of life.

Lots of other people should be prosecuted as well, IMO. But I suspect it will never happen. Simply because one of the partners had much better asset protection advice than the other. That really sucks doesn’t it. Let’s hope something nasty happens to him as well.

Nobody else, not CYF, not Key, not the government, not Bennett, not you, not me.

Did CYF made a mess of picking it up?
There were failings in the system which is highlighted in the report.
But, whatever CYF did or did not do, they did not abuse and turture the child, the parents did.

A Cardiologist’s Funeral

A very prestigious cardiologist died, and was given a very elaborate
funeral by the hospital he worked for most of his life… A huge
heart… covered in flowers stood behind the casket during the service
as all the doctors from the hospital sat in awe. Following the eulogy,
the heart opened, and the casket rolled inside. The heart then closed,
sealing the doctor in the beautiful heart forever..

At that point, one of the mourners just -burst- into laughter.. When all
eyes stared at him, he said, ‘I am so sorry, I was just thinking of my
own funeral… I’m a gynaecologist..’

HAVANA, Dec 20 – Flags flew at half-staff on Tuesday as Cuba began three days of official mourning for late North Korean leader Kim Jong-il in a show of solidarity with its fellow communist state.

The Council of State decreed the mourning period without comment and said flags would be lowered at all government buildings and military installations.

A book of condolences was opened at the North Korean embassy in Havana, with a big photo of the dead leader and flowers in the entrance.

A Nativity scene at a shopping mall in South Auckland has fascinated many local residents.

It’s the first time they’ve seen a baby being taken care of by both parents at the same time.

Just saw the lawyer of the woman on the news, trying to put some of the blame on the child.
She was difficult to handle, a time-bomb waiting to go off.

I have just had enough of people trying to blame others for their actions.
Rioters in London are excused because some of them were unemployed.
Men beating up their wives are excused because they are alcoholics.
Rapists are excused because they were sexually abused when they were kids.
Etc. etc. etc….

It’s the lefties fault O_A and they won’t accept it. Their loosening of the rules since the 80’s in various social engineering maneuvers as to what was socially tolerable in the name of victimisation-avoidance is specifically and precisely what has lead us to today.

The profound idiots naturally fail to sheet the blame accurately home instead blaming nebulous but apparently evil “market forces” a.k.a. “failed policies of the 90’s” or whatever deflection they choose to bring – all the while recognising for they are masters at this – the propaganda value of their poisonous message in keeping the poor base down since “they’re victims.”

If the poor didn’t have a victim, Liarbore wouldn’t have a base. Simple as that. Time past people started pointing out the number of times Liarbore reinforces that which as all lefties in the mental health system know, is the last thing you want to do if you want to bring them out of it.

Strange that all the lefties in the mental health system don’t call bullshit on that one, isn’t it. After all, if anyone would know, they would, wouldn’t they.

I would like to share an experience with you about drinking and driving.

As you well know, some of us have been known to have had brushes with the authorities on our way home from the odd social session over the years.

Well, I have done something about it: a couple of nights ago I was out for a few drinks with some friends and had a few too many whiskeys as well as beers and some rather nice red.

But knowing full well I may have been slightly over the limit, I did something I’ve never done before – I took a bus home.

I arrived back safely and without incident which was a real surprise, since I had never driven a bus before and have no idea where I got this one.

An astronomer is on an expedition to Darkest Africa to observe a
total eclipse of the sun, which will only be observable there,
when he’s captured by cannibals.

The eclipse is due the next day around noon. To gain his freedom
he plans to pose as a god and threaten to extinguish the sun if
he’s not released, but the timing has to be just right.

So, in the few words of the cannibals’ primitive tongue that he
knows, he asks his guard what time they plan to kill him.

The guard’s answer, “Tradition has it that captives are to be
killed when the sun reaches the highest point in the sky on the
day after their capture so that they may be cooked and ready to
be served for the evening meal.”

“Great,” the astronomer replies.

The guard continues, though, “But because everyone’s so excited
about it, in your case we’re going to wait until after the eclipse.”

Anybody else hear Shearer in the house today?

He (Shearer) started out well, after the first few mins I thought to myself “Hell, we have a real leader and a real opponent running things for Labour now” but no sooner did that thought pass than Shearer let himself down by reverting to the bad old Labour “cloth cap” mentality and he started attacking the “rich pricks”.

I know Shearer wants to change Labour but if he is to succeed then he really needs to disarm Key and take away his weapons by making the changes inside the Labour camp complete, he needs to ditch the “nasty party” style of leadership and assume the mantel of the PM in waiting.

In my considered opinion, this Auckland Council vs Aotea Occupiers, is going to be another ‘Ike Finau signs case’, which the world will be watching.

Never mind the grass – what long-term damage is this going to do to the ‘perception’ of democracy at Auckland Council, nationally and internationally?

Just who is running Auckland Council?

Elected representatives or unelected bureaucrats?

In whose interests?

Those of the 1% or the 99%?

I note that CEO of Auckland Council, Doug McKay is a member of the Committee for Auckland – a lobby group for the ’1% ers’ that played a significant role in helping to achieve the railroaded corporate takeover of the Auckland region through the setting up of the Auckland $UPERCITY.

Someone who will ensure that ‘Registers of Interests’ are made publicly-available for elected representatives, and employees of Auckland Council and Council Controlled Organisations (CCOs) responsible for property and procurement?

Someone who will ensure that independent and rigorous ‘cost-benefit’ analyses are applied to check the ‘cost-effectiveness’ of the contracting-out of public services that were previously provided ‘in-house’, and actively help stamp out commercial dependency on ‘corporate welfare’?

Maybe, Penny, ACC wants to give Aotea Square back to the people of Auckland (to whom it rightfully belongs) and end an occupation that is excluding a vast majority of the ratepayers (who fund its maintenance) and is soaking up ratepayer funds in repair costs. Maybe that is actually what democracy is all about. No-one, however, expects you to see that.

Penny, its long overdue that you and your comrades at Body Odour Central realised that you really represent the 0.001% of the great unwashed and that the huge majority of Aucklanders just want the tents, tarpaulins and other assorted crap removed (along with the squatters) so that Aotea Square can be cleaned and returned to the citizens of Auckland. At which time your biggest problem will be finding the cash to meet the bills for repairs / security / grass restoration / waterproofing / cleaning etc.

You don’t represent me. Never have, never will. Your ‘support’ can best be gauged by the votes you received in the Botany by-election, the Howick Ward election, the Auckland Mayoral Election and the recent General Election. You have between 1/3 and 2/3 of 1 per cent (Yes, not even ONE PER CENT) ‘support’ from Aucklanders – these are numbers normally associated with the margin of error.

So please don’t ever suggest you represent me / my family, because you don’t. Please don’t ever suggest that you represent the vast majority of Aucklanders, because clearly you don’t. We think that BOC is a joke and that remaining squatters are simply a bunch of smelly, no-hoper losers. Please don’t think for a second that you are anything but a placard waving, shit stirring narcissist, because that’s exactly what you are.

So just pack up your bongos and piss off. Because if you decide to ignore the eviction notice and ‘squat on’, you’ll only have yourselves to blame for the inevitable consequences.
