The Labour Party and a former parliamentary candidate are involved in a case at the Disputes Tribunal, but both parties remain tight-lipped over the matter.
Gordon Dickson once stood for Labour in the National stronghold electorate of Selwyn.
But now he is taking legal action against the electoral committee and the party itself.
I know nothing of the details in this case but I am confident in asserting Labour will be in the right on this issue.
