Interesting to note that the SST did not have one mention of Capill. One of the major stories of the week is conspicuious by it’s absence.

Locke Foundation reporting of the Capill story seems to involve Perons name coming up in the second paragraph in all 3 instances that it is mentioned.

Funny a soon to be convicted child molester is less important than someone who may or may not have said something not acceptable today 20 years ago.
Ahh I guess they have god on their side.

Now Perigo is the villain in this. Peron and Perigo were good friends, until Peron disagreed with Perigo on his Libertyloop about the movie “The Titanic”. Perigo liked it, Peron thought it was anti-capitalist and Perigo- never sympathetic to those who disagree with him – took umbrage. A few weeks later Peron, a non-smoker, asked for the windows to be opened at an Objectivist meeting due to the smoke, and again Perigo took umbrage at this innocent request. He subsequently spat the dummy , and after supporting Peron’s immigration request, brought up paedophilia accusations to the list, digging up tripe from decades ago.

Perigo has been the prime mover in this – make no mistake.

Peters wanted to fling dirt at Hide by linking him to Perron ( Rodney has dropped his description of Perron as his ‘special friend’ from his online version of the ACT conference speech he gave, never too busy to rewrite history ?).

The Flannigans wanted another victim to tar when their ‘special friend’ Capill was exposed.

But why would Coddington want to end up embarrassing Hide ?

Because she wants to be leader.I like Coddington, but she is duplicitous. Her and Perigo have fallen out many, many times. He used to say he loved her. Then she joined ACT and he was crying in his red wine claiming her traitorous. He hates ACT, hence some of the animosity re Hide/Peron. But how are Libertarian ideas to get traction except via ACT? There is no other vehicle. Peron is a fine man and I stand by that.

I guess it is a lot easier to believe that Lindsay Perigo, Wintston Peters, Matt, Glenn, Ruth, David and myself (The Locke Foundation Board) and Deborah Coddington are all visciouys liars with bad agendas who have all made up the same story about Jim.

Undoubtedly we manufactured Unbound and flew to the Library in America and slipped it into their collection and hacked into their online listings and included it.

Can you hear yourselves? The ridiculous lengths you will go to to believe anything but the truth.

I do not believe that Jim renounced his views at all. He used to be a neo-nazi, you can still purchase his anti-Jewish tracts on white supremicist websites, but he has admitted this and denied it without anyone dragging the truth from him.

On the subject of adults having sex with children he as lied, then lied some more, then lied again.

At first he had never written an autobiographical account of his own abuse that he used as a platform to justify paedophilia – how dare anyone suggest otherwise. Then once we found Unbound, he wrote it but did not write the justifications of paedophilia in it. Then a bit later, when he wrote of boylovers in the section justifying paedophilia, he did not mean paedophiles, he meant adults that like boys platonicly. If this was so then why attack the gay rights movement? Why call for the human rights of boylovers? Why speak of society calling it abuse?

How much more fantastic does Jim’s story have to get before you get it?

He lied to all of us, he lied to you. He supported adults having sex with kids and I do not buy he no longer supports it. He surrounds himself with young men whom he likes to guide, he is a control freak and he has the ability to manipulate people to an unbelievable level. Add to that his recent articles where he is equates age of consent laws with bad puritan laws and calls to the good old days where age of consent was 10.

But sure, by all means think Perigo, Peters, Coddington and all of us are the liars if it helps you cope, but this sentence is defamatory so retract it please:

Firstly from Jim…

They shift and change claims to make them fit. Originally Dwyer said he picked up an autobiographical book. He was very clear on that and still insists it was a full fledged book. I said that no such book ever existed and then they change the accusation to an autobiographical account which can be anything of any length and say I lied about it. There is a difference between a book and a couple of pages. A book may be an account but not every account is a book which was the claim that was made.

In the same manner they lied about the “previous owner”. I named Ron Dorsey and they publish an account which never mentions Dorsey and instead attributes things as if I said Eric Garris, someone I specifically said probably had no knowledge of what Ron was doing. But in their account Ron vanishes completely even though Eric told Gaynz.com that Ron could well have done precisely what I said.

Or notice the logic that the accusations must be true because their friends, Perigo and allegedly Deborah said it is true. Now which of these people were there and knew what happened? Perigo claimed I had been arrested as well and that was false. So a few people who believe rumours from 20 years ago now are evidence themselves. If I told you that someone here in Bulgaria killed someone that doesn’t make you a witness. In fact it might not make me a witness. But in the loony fundies view it makes you not only a witness but an expert.

So they switch definitions or switch people to make it fit. They repeat rumours as facts and they invent stuff. Dwyer claimed that someone heard that someone said that I was overheard admitting the accusations in South Africa. Which accusations? Presumeably the accusations that I attacked children but that never happened and police clearances show that. Who heard it? No one ever knew and no one ever said. So unknown people heard unknown people who claimed they heard me make an admission about something that didn’t happen. The loonies call that evidence and toss that into their mix. Meanwhile the Minister they followed as their political leader is found guilty of actually doing something and they spend all their time concentrating on what they think I thought. Glad they got their priorities straight.

Considering that I wrote about my fundie past and the extremist politics that went with it I find it odd that they want to bring that up. Extremist politics and fundamentalist go together ala the loony Trinity.

Firstly, she said that one can “purchase his [Peron’s] anti-Jewish tracts on white supremicist website.” Yet she gave the address of only a single website and so far it appears there is only one site from which these tracts are available. Why the error? It should have been easy to avoid.

Secondly, an elementary sense of ethics dictates that one should provide proof that Peron actually wrote those tracts. Madeleine has provided none whatsoever. Thirdly, Madeleine has also not provided any proof that she has actually read those tracts and knows what is in them. All she has provided is evidence that one could find from browsing one website.

Hasn’t she worked out yet that information obtained from the internet is not necessarily reliable and that one website is not proof of anything? It should be noted that in the same year that Peron was supposedly writing Nazi tracts – and placing his name on them – he was working for the South African Institute of Race Relations.

James, learn to read contextually. The context was your claim Jim worked against racism in South Africa at the time he wrote the racists tracts so therefore he could not have been racist at the time. Despite the fact he has admitted he once was since being in NZ, I provided a quote from from the South African Mail and Guardian 8 Dec, I gave the context of the quote which is probably what confused you into thinking the book called Zimbabwe: The Death of a Dream was the point of the quote. It was not. The last sentence was the evidence of Jim’s racist past that you categorically called me a lying bitch for suggesting:

“Peron does his writing for the Aida Parker Newsletter, a publication that is so unashamedly racist that it received secret funding from the enthusiastically supportive security forces under the apartheid regime.”

No one is claiming Jim is guilty because of his association with anyone. Where did anyone say that? Quote it please with copy and paste and show the context.

He published and wrote for his own paedophile magazine and lied about it.
He was an advocate of paedophilia and lied that he was.

Well Madeline, I do claim to know how many websites those tracts are available from. There is in fact only one site, that of the Christian Defence League (http://www.cdlreport.com/). They are not available from or even mentioned on any other site. Anyone who does a web search can easily find that out.

Yet you made a sweeping, unqualified claim that they were available from “white supremacist websites”, which might mean that they are available from all such sites; there was nothing in your post to suggest otherwise. So that was highly misleading.

Don’t pretend that this isn’t relevant. No one can assess the credibility of your claims about Peron’s supposed Nazism unless they know exactly, not approximately, what the facts are. Why does only a single group sell what are presumed to be Peron’s tracts? What if any association did Peron have with that group? Alternatively, what possible motive might they have for placing his name on the tracts, if they aren’t his? Unless you answer these questions, you have not proven your case.

Regarding the photos in “Unbound” Jim gives this opinion…..

“The photos were taken around 120 years ago in Italy by a famous photographer named von Gloeden. None of the ones in the pdf version I saw have frontal nudity. None are of any sexual activity. None are illegal under US law and I doubt they would be illegal under NZ law either which is why the loony fundies feel safe in owning a copy.

I did some research on the photographer yesterday. The last time I could find anyone grabbing the photos as pornographic (actually taking them) was under the Italian fascists. They were taken from von Gloeden’s heir or a friend during the war. They were held and found not to be obscence and given back. In other words not even Mussolini’s fascists thought they were obscene.

A couple of years back there was a big display of the photos in Australia. Some fundie group there wanted them confiscated and banned but that call was ignored. Various art gallaries show the photos in exhibitions. Books of them have been sold all over the world including by Allphy books in Mt. Eden — I saw them there. I know they are sold in Australia, the US, etc. A original photo by this photographer would probably now go for $1000 or more easily. I found some Swiss gallery selling some but they were so expensive they didn’t list the price.

Madds description of the photos was a lie almost from start to finish.

With David Farrar’s permission I would post a quote of some of this “research” that is not “a pedo jolly mag” describing a boy seducing a man, them having sex, the man feeling that the boy had no pubic hair and how the orgasms felt all straight from Unbound, in fact the story before Jim Peron’s one.

The photos of semiclad and naked children and a couple with adults appear in this context.

I am starting to think James’ apparent willfull blindness to the truth is in fact not blindness at all but justification.

Finally James denies that Jim was ever a neo-nazi when in fact Jim admitted he was on a libertarian list since being in New Zealand, has tracts for sale written by him on a white supremicist site and a South African paper wrote about him and his work for a racist group in 2000.

You and Matt bullied your way onto the Free Student Network group( a Libertairian network ) so I guess that makes you Nazis too…???? There are several problems here Madeleine. One is that you haven’t provided any proof Peron wrote those tracts. Given that you saw the need to provide proof that Peron was the editor of Unbound, and at least attempted to provide such proof although what you came up with is rather equivocal, that is a surprising oversite. Perhaps you think you have assassinated Peron’s character enough proof is not needed?

Perhaps you think Peron must have been the author because one racist site says he was? One website could have any reason for saying anything. How would you know what motives they might have, or what the history behind that is?

You say the tracts are “anti-semitic.” These days different people mean different things when they say “anti-semitic.” How do you define anti-semitism? Exactly what is in those tracts that would justify characterising them that way?

That you could suggest that tracts available only from one racist site are available from all or many sites raises questions about your reliability in general. I suppose you said that just because it sounded better, more sexy and exciting to have the tracts available from many sites. How many other facts have you exaggerated to suit your case?

How precisely did Matt and Mads bully their way on to the FSN?

And please in your response don’t abusively rant like above, just outline clearly the basis for your claims. If you are as I suspect unable to substantiate these claims you should withdraw them, rather than go over old material which I thought was put to bed when David suggested this Peron debate had dragged on too long.

Your rantings, posting of links to your perverted material and false allegations don’t help Jim one iota if in fact your claim that you are posting on Jims behalf is true.

You tell me that Jim gets you to post on different blogs on his behalf . Are you saying your suggestions of physical harm with a baseball bat to the Flannigans come from him? I don’t believe that for a moment.

Surely Jim would have access to the net and post for himself rather than use someone as as incompetent, incoherent and peurile as yourself to be his spokesman? Do you really expect us to believe you given the nature of your behaviour?

Graham….your just stirring.I posted the link to the photos to show what it was that Madds claimed was pics of Kiddie porn is no such thing.If you can’t handle a couple of pics of naked people then run home to your mum (and boy does she have a lot to answer for!… )The photos are plain art pics and don’t appear to be porn of any sort.Nude guys don’t do anything for me except wince but then its a big world and other people have their interests…
Madds and Matt forced themselves onto FSN by constantly relabeling themselves from conservatives to Liberals to ??? while debating positions held by the Libertairian members.It was not set up a debate group and Jim made the point that they did not belong there and should leave.Of coure they didn’t and kept picking away at Jim and others who challenged themleading to this campaign against Jim as some sort of payback…nice people!

Jim is in touch with info and I post this when I think its apt to counter his opponents drivel.He does not wish to engage in endless debate over this and would rather enjoy his holiday in Europe,good on him!Meanwhile I try to put his case and stand up for him….but hes not asking me to,its just something I choose to do for my friend.You have a problem with that???

Your other points are just silly and trivial.

I gather Graham that you don’t care if an innocnt man has his life destroyed by this crusade against him…? Just as long as your precious state of being isn’t assulted by the dirt of the real world and the real people in it than who cares,right Graham…?
