Bhutto gifts party to husband in will

Benazir Bhutto has gifted her political party to her husband, in her will – saying she wants him to replace him.
I wonder if this idea could catch on. Does Winston for example have a will in which he nominates his successor? Jim Anderton probably doesn’t as Jim probably doesn’t accept he is mortal. And who would Peter Dunne leave his party to in his will? It probably says “Anyone but Gordon”.

Clark is approaching 60 fast, Cullen is there, Winston will be drawing his pension this year, so will Jeanette Fitzsimons, and Anderton is 70. These people are OLD, fighting past battles as their motivator to be in politics.

The NZF succession has been organised for years, DPF. It’ll be done by way of a sophisticated nationwide video link, using asynchronous transmission to multiple regional centres.
The first one to shout “bingo” and verify that they have a full card, wins.
