Wednesday Wallpaper | Doubtful Sound Reflections
October 3rd, 2012 at 9:53 am by Todd SissonThis week’s Wednesday Wallpaper is one of the images I made while away in Fiordland last week. This capture was made from Real Journeys’ Patea Explorer while heading out of Doubtful Sound. I am particularly pleased with this image, as it is the first time I have managed to make a photo that captures Doubtful Sound’s beauty on an inclement day. My last 5 day trip resulted in exactly zero usable images, due to the abysmal weather conditions…..
You may download the large version from this link: [free iPad wallpaper] Password = freewallpaper
Also available on our website as a canvas print.
See you next week!
Cheers – Todd

That looks surreal, more like a painting than a photo.
There’s no doubt about the beauty and serenity of Doubtful Sound. I’ll be taking visitors there later this month.

Wow – that’s an incredible shot – it does almost look like a painting.
