Contempt of Court

Contempt of Court:
1 The willful and intentional failure to comply with a Court Order or Judgment by a party to the action. Contempt of Court is punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both.
2 A finding by a judge that a person has violated a court order or is guilty of conduct before the court calculated to disrupt the proceedings of the court.

I’ve just deleted a dozen comments from the previous thread. Also as a public service warning to other blogs who have posted or linked to statements which breach supression orders, you may wish to note in the Dom Post that Justice Randerson has ordered that his supression orders will remain and specifically the monitoring of Internet sites.

And yes I know you may be talking about another set of supression orders, but the principle still applies.
