The smoking Russell Crowe

I feel sorry for Sky City who are facing prosecution as Russell Crowe smoked a cigarette during a performance.

I’m sure they didn’t ask him to stop because he is a celebrity. They probably didn’t ask him to stop out of concern he would punch out whoever asked him.

And Sky City is required by OSH regulations to not expose their employees to danger or risk. So they should use that as a defence!
