  Despite remembering how unlistenable was her last “talkback” stint, out of respect for all of Leighton’s wonderful years of constant rationale – I tried to give her a go, thinking she’d realise the sort of shoes she had to fill and the effort necessary to sustain the program.
  
  Well, after 4 days of acute discomfort – I’ve tossed her for good.
  
  What on earth could have possessed ZB’s leaders? McIvor was an appalling choice to replace Leighton. Now, after Hosking, the station’s “listenability-factor” renders absolutely nothing.

    If I’m driving in the car and want to quickly get some news, the easiest way is to switch on the radio. Yes I know there are other ways. But they require planning before I get in the car.
    
    So I have a choice between RNZ with awful announcers and bias, OR awful advertisements. So I try both, then switch off for another week.

      One of the women in the car who received a broken arm after being hit by Prince Phillip’s Range Rover has complained he has not even said sorry and she would expect more from the Royal family. She disputes that Prince Phillip was blinded by the low winter sun, stating there was no sun as it was overcast at the time.         Stephiegirl, thanks you’ve just provided me (& others) with an opportunity to trash the reputation of the Labour party and the offender some more. You are really a junior level thinking Labour troll.
        
        Yes, the accused will get his day in court, but in doing so he will make matters difficult for the victims, and I wonder where the public sympathies will lie? He could have pleaded guilty and ended the matter last year, but no he & his advisors decided to draw out an event which will never reflect well on him and Labour. Meanwhile, the SLG and friends worked hard to divert attention with “the sex in the legal sector” issue, a bad situation with a lot of noise, but no suggestion of illegal sexual assault.
        
        But let us remind us of the history of the Labour sex camp and the circumstances of the accused.
        
        1. Feb 2018, Young Labour run a policy camp at Waihi;
        2. At the camp were some aged under 16 years of age;
        3. On the Saturday night of the camp there was a party at which alcoholic beverages were freely available to all, with many getting heavily intoxicated;
        4. Ghe supervising adults (& at least 1 MP) were not present for most of the party & had indeed gone to bed;
        5. During the party, it is alleged a 20 year old intoxicated male approached 4 women aged between 16 and 18 on separate occassions made uminvited/unwanted sexual advances against these women.
        6. Each of the women complained, the MP was notified and the Male against against whom the allegations were made was removed from the camp;
        7. When the Laour party president and General Secretary were notified of events, they arranged for a Labour Party Sex councillor to speak to the women concerned. No further discussions with the families occured and the police were not notified.
        8. The family of one of the young women concerned were not satisfied with how matters were dealt with by the Labour party, and so notified the police and went public about events. The police received 4 complaints about sexual assault and investigated matters further.
        9. The police investigation, revealed sufficient evidence for the man concerned to be charged and for the crown to pursue matters further.
        10. When the accused had his hearing last year he pleaded not guilty to all charges and matters were adjourned for a later date.
        11. Through the days following the alleged incident the SLG was not told of the alleged incidents and only became aware of matters only days before the incidents were made public.

        KS thanks, I think you might be right. Either way, if the person at the centre of the accusations wants it to go away, he should agree quickly to a change of plea. That way sadly, most details will end up being suppressed for the benefit of the accused rather than the victims.

      I agree Simon. It seems that many would rather talk about some local scandals on a smaller scale (one where no charges were laid, but the MP resigned; and one where the accused is facing court) than address the systematic abuse endorsed by the church.
      I can’t help wondering which is the more significant issue.

“Winkelmann observed in her presentation that criminal appeal success rates had declined markedly (Ive lost the figure but it has gone from something like 43% percent successful or partially successful in 2002 to something like 28% in 2017, which is statistically significant. There wasn’t any real insight as to why (for example, no obvious correlation with legal aid changes), though generally the thrust was that she wanted to see more appeals.”

  New Zealand appeal success rates have been historically high compared to the UK, Aus and Canada, so maybe it’s just an adjustment. Or maybe it’s that there are more meritless appeals being filed. Less appeals would increase the success rate, so your source may not have followed what she was saying.

    I can only quote, but of course I have a fairly narrow interest, and that is constrained to the criminal appeals against murder convictions and the correctness of the decisions. It is accepted in Thomas and Pora 4 from 4 are false. It is generally accepted that in Tamihere it was the most abysmally crafted appeal dismissal to that date, and of course the recent Lundy appeal decision trumps that by a measurable margin.

      1. Uncontaminated hands and nightdress completely free of any gunfire residue or gun oil. In fact no contaminants of any sort indicated that Sheila never handled the rifle let alone fired it 25 times in quick succession and reloaded its magazine at least twice.
      
      2. Uncontaminated feet. Sheila’s feet were completely clean and free of blood or any other contaminants evidencing the fact that she had been in bed when the attack took place and thereafter only walked on carpet. She could never have been downstairs in the kitchen that morning.
      
      3. Uncut feet. Nevill Bamber was brutally attacked in the kitchen after having been shot several times in the upstairs bedroom. During the assault in the kitchen a glass lampshade was smashed leaving glass fragments all over the floor. Had Sheila taken part in that attack the soles of her feet or the soles of her slippers would have been pock marked with glass fragments. Sheila’s feet were unmarked as were the soles of her slippers.
      
      4. Only one fingerprint on the rifle evidencing the fact that Sheila did not wield it or fire it. Had she shot herself twice as alleged by some her thumbprint would have been on the trigger since she would have to had pushed it. It wasn’t….

        Fingerprints on rifles are tricky because of metal treatment. But how do you know? There was evidence planting in this case, the paint on the silencer was created by the relatives. Anne Eaton drew the attention of the police to it. The relatives understood they were now tenants of a 23 year old, so steered the case towards Bamber.
        It worked like a charm, Anne lives in the house and Bamber grinds out a full life tarrif. The accurate information is available, and shows how the crime happened.
        
        1. Motive:
        Neville and June explained to Sheila she was an unfit mother and it was best the 7 year old twins be placed elsewhere, at dinner.
        2. Sheila’s period started so she went downstairs about 2 am to sort herself out, putting blooded underware in a bucket in the kitchen, leaving a tampon applicator in the living room.
        3. This created enough noise to wake the patriarch Neville and bring him downstairs to check the remote farm house security, possible intruder.
        4. The argument from previous evening continued, and Sheila took the 22 with 9 shots in cartridge Jeremy had loaded for the rabbit cull, but he had found none to shoot, and she headed upstairs.
        5. Neville rang Jeremy at Goldhanger cottage saying Sheila has gone crazy with the gun, then dropped the phone as he heard shots upstairs.
        6. He raced up and Sheila swivelled in the doorway, shooting him twice in the mouth, then in the shoulder and elbow as he fled, collapsing in the coal scuttle. cartridge empty, 5 to June and 4 to Neville.
        7. Sheila reloaded and shot him 4 times in the head.
        8. Heading back upstairs she found June had moved to the bedroom doorway, so shot her twice in the head.
        9. Timelines now fluid as she contemplates the enormity of her situation, but eventually drills bullets into the sleeping children so they need not suffer for her actions. She cleans herself up somewhat in the manner of Robin Bain, accounting for the lack of forensics on her person, and as the police holler at her from outside she lies down by her mother and shoots herself, but mistakes the angle and the bullet goes through her neck. She realigns and shoots herself in the brain through the throat.
        Julie Mugford and the realatives all consort with the renegade detective Jones to create a complicated crime from a straightforward narrative.
        
        All this is unassailable evidence from the crime scene, the rest is decades of idiocy from the judiciary and ultimately Teresa May as home secretary.

        5. It is almost certain that blood and DNA belonging to Sheila was found in the sound moderator. Group ‘A’ human blood matching Sheila was recovered from the sound moderator in 1985. Later, advances in forensic science methods led to the recovery of DNA from inside the sound moderator which returned 17 markers out of 20 as a match to Sheila which was substantially better than the maximum coincidence rate of thirteen. Sheila could not have shot herself with the sound moderator attached nor could she have returned it to the gun cupboard after shooting herself twice in the throat.
        
        6. Sheila was in good spirits, looking forward to the future as a family again. Her doctor and her ex husband stated that she was not capable of hurting her father or her children.
        
        7. Two gunshots to her neck. Hardly indicative of a suicide especially when the first one would have incapacitated her. It is also noticeable that the gun and magazine were empty when found. Was that another coincidence that Sheila just happened to use the last bullet and had no others on her person?
        
        8. No marks or injuries following a fight. Sheila was tiny compared to the 6′ 2″ Nevill. She could not have fought with him without sustaining some sort of injury or damage to her clothing.
        
        9. Sheila had traces of cannabis in her system rendering her calm and docile, not violent or murderous.
        
        10. Sheila had run out of her procyclidine which counteracts the effects of her medication haloperidol. Without this she would have been very shaky and uncoordinated (as described by various witnesses) and would not have had the control needed to get off 25 shots without missing one never mind trying to reload an awkward magazine in between time.
        
        11. Sheila was unfamiliar with the rifle or any firearm for that matter and would have been unable to make 25 target shots.
        
        12. If Sheila had shot herself in the throat and had remained conscious, there would have been blood in her mouth and throat with resultant blood spatter everywhere as she struggled to breathe. Her fingers would have touched the burning wound and ended up covered in blood as would have her face and neck. The blood trails running from this wound would have been smudged yet it was not. There was no secondary blood staining to her face or neck when the police initially found her. The inside of her hands and her finger tips did not have any blood staining. Sheila therefore was not conscious after the first shot and most certainly did not fire the second one.
        
        13. Sheila’s body was found on the far side of the master bedroom away from everyone. Had she committed suicide as some allege it is more than likely that she would have done so beside her children and not remote from them.
        
        14. Perfectly manicured nails and all intact and unbroken. If Sheila had used the rifle and loaded it at least once she would have ended up with some nail damage. There wa

I can deal point by point, but find it easier to state what did happen after studying where the cartridges landed and the trajectories through bodies, which accord precisely with my account. The best attempt the police made, and Carol Ann Lee recounted because it saved her the embarrassment of creating an impossible reconstruction, is quite appalling.
        It is impossible. Many attempts have been made, but they are riddled with impossibilities.
        
        Holly Goodhead has the complete reconstruction, she moderates a forum of guilters, and is the main voice of sanity. She is working with an American analyst to get the case resolved, which can happen only when Jeremy Bamber is released and the crooked relatives are kicked out of the farm hose they stole from him.

        I find the simplest strategy is to assume in the difficult cases these people are innocent. Fairly soon there comes a data point to disprove this. For example I was puzzled by Quinton Winders, but the judge in sentencing presented just such data that Winders can’t climb from under. On the face of it a broad daylight murder from a car with multiple witnesses seems an absurd plan, but alternative explanations fail.
        Guilty.
        Similarly Scott Watson is burdened with demonstrating a ketch that was either not photographed, or the photographs were destroyed, so I have an open mind.
        In the other cases my mind is closed, and there is nothing credible in the police narratives.
        There are only three New Zealanders who have had access to all the material in Lundy and have stated they are sure he is guilty.

      In a nutshell, the Lundy decision says that notwithstanding the inadmissibility of the evidence that it was human brain on his shirt, undisputed evidence that central nervous system tissue was found there in the middle of a large patch of Cristine Lundy’s DNA meant that, taken together with other evidence, there was no miscarriage of justice at the trial. Obviously, that conclusion will be in issue at the Supreme Court, but whether you agree with it or not, I query why you say the decision itself was so “abysmally crafted”

Greenfern Medicinal Marijuana has put up billboards across Auckland, Tauranga, Hamilton and Christchurch, likening the future sale of medicinal cannabis to striking gold or oil.

“We’ve struck oil in Taranaki. Want to invest?” the billboards read, ironically referencing one Government fuck-up with another that is just commencing – the race regarding cannabis supply without the Government even yet setting any parameters.

While medicinal cannabis may seem like striking gold, will Government through Pharmac not control price and availability? Are they not supposed to make it affordable for those that need it.
And how near death will you need to be to get it? And will that effect market size?

The Government has not yet defined anything, it seems – at least not publicly.
Does medicinal cannabis involve smoking, or more the use of sprays, oils and pills?

Does medical cannabis actually get a patient high, or for those who are in chronic pain, does medical cannabis not just allow pain control so ill people can feel like healthy people do – normal – before they consider getting high?

Helius Therapeutics became the first Kiwi cannabis start-up to launch a nationwide advertising campaign last month.
Their billboard says “CANNABIS IS MEDICINE”
Should it not actually say MEDICAL CANNABIS IS MEDICINE”?

Is the Government going to contribute anything itself, or depend on yet another committee to take about a year (like, identifying the costs in a litre of petrol) to come up with some “answers” to questions of their own choice (as, seemingly the Tax Working Group has)?

And meanwhile cannabis can be like traditional Westerns and their depiction of “medicinal” whiskey –
pour some of the bottle into the gunshot, much more into the doctor, and then any left: down the victim’s throat?

  If everyone is being true medical cannabis is devoid of THC and gets no one high. It is on par with many other plants producing essential oils with diverse phytochemistry and passed off as snake oil substitutes or dietary supplements.
  The phenol cannabidiol in medicinal cannabis may be useful as an anti-inflammatory or a cleanser. The rest of the chemicals are mainly plant excreta or bug repellents. There are many other similar available freely at a fraction of the price. The market price is being kept up as a way of selling the sizzle of a cheshire cat sausage. Who would buy medical cannabis without the high which it cannot produce? I might, if it was cheap enough, to add it my herbal preparations but it would have to be proven to be safe and superior to what already works and has for 3,00o years. King Tut had the seeds in his tomb.

Good riddance to New Zealand’s Biggest Bogans

You would have to wonder what this country’s Biggest Bogans were doing when they chose the New Zealand taxpayer to fund their calumny from 2008 until we gave them the arse in 2017.

Did they think we were complete saps, willing to roll over and accept their appalling anti-social and criminal behaviour? That we were too primitive and unsophisticated to galvanise ourselves into a posse of right-thinking community policemen and women? A little bit of homework would have shown that we have spectacularly good form in bringing down even highly trained criminals, far less amateurs.

But just to recap … That bunch of foul mouthed, bribe-taking, snitching, backstabbing, housing expenses-rorting, cigar smoke-blowing, hairpulling louts made headlines on a daily – nay, hourly – basis. Since award-winning journalist Nicky Hager exposed to the nation in 2014 that their leader had allowed his office to be the command centre for an illegal, secret campaign of character assassination and vilification run by the infamous and disgusting Cameron “FailAll” Slater, assisted incompetently and pathetically by his stumble-tongued slave Jordan Williams, this gang of reprobates ran our country’s reputation into the ground with the same lack of concern as their dirty dairy friends foul the water the rest of us used to drink and swim in.

The gang of thugs parked up at the Beehive for nine terrible years quickly drew the attention of Kiwis thanks to their filthy language and their filthy, dishonest behaviour. [1] When a local woman suffering from asthma asked one of them to stop smoking a cigar in an enclosed box at a football match, the scumbag turned particularly nasty. Instead of ceasing to smoke, he walked up to the woman and blew smoke in her face. This led to the woman’s husband nearly knocking the fitch-faced feral fuckwit’s brains out. [2] And thus it began.

As a result of the publicity over the cigar fracas, a number of people approached the Herald with their own horror stories of encountering the nation’s Biggest Bogans.

A man who had the great misfortune to share a flight with one of these appalling humans recounted his bad behaviour at Christchurch Airport in 2014. It was hours of misery for everyone involved, when the fattest and most unpleasant of all the Bogans bumptiously bypassed security to board a domestic flight. He was fined $2,000 for that bit of idiocy. [3]

Next, a young waitress from Parnell came forward to complain about the leader of the Unruly Gang. She recognised the lout from his many appearances in the media and told how he and his people had come to her cafe and repeatedly pulled her hair while his wife just watched. [4]

Another of these antisocial and repulsive pests was caught by one of our leading artists in the act of befouling our waterways, along with his horrid dirty dairying amigos. [5]

This Unruly, Unholy Mob had no idea just how effective New Zealanders can be at monitoring aberrant behaviour. Those of us who are honest will remember that the gangsters who ran that vicious and secret campaign of character assassination from Wonky John’s office were exposed not by this country’s counter espionage agents or even our investigative police officers. The hapless bumbling tossers in charge of the operation were exposed thanks to a concerned computer expert (“Rawshark”) who had clocked a number of odd incidents and reported them to the renowned journalist Nicky Hager.

So this group of professional louts never had a chance of slipping under the radar. The reaction to these no-hopers was an excellent example of what can happen when we work together.

This might have been mentioned already – but it looks like the MSM are lying about the MAGA-hat wearing Catholics and the Native American story. It turns out that the Indian guy with the drum approached THEM and started banging it in the face of that young guy who just smiled. Oh, no, but the media has to spin it that MAGA-hat wearing Catholic students harassed a Native American vet. If you look at the videos online, the rest of the students are actually dancing to the drum and chanting along with the guy. No wonder nobody trusts the media.

      According to one you-tuber, who has assembled about 5 videos of what happened – this is his best guess –
      
      I wasn’t there so I couldn’t tell you, but after looking at the news coverage and all 4 or 5 of the cell videos I found online, this is the best timeline I can come up with.
      
      From what I can tell a group from House of Israel D.C. was demonstrating at the Lincoln Memorial. They got into arguments with Native Americans and other black citizens.
      
      One of the students who goes to Covington told a local reporter via Twitter that they showed up to catch their 5:30 bus home.
      
      The House of Israel group noticed the MAGA hats and started yelling at them too. According to the YouTube video above (mirror of Shar Yaqataz Banyamyan facebook video), it lasted about an hour — before Nathan Phillips even showed up.
      
      At the same time, The Indigenous People March was wrapping up at the Lincoln Memorial. Nathan Phillips sees the situation and inserts himself into the crowd, apparently to ease the tension.
      
      The students think it’s a performance of some sort, but don’t really know what’s happening.
      
      Phillips ends up coming face-to-face with a CCH student. The student smiles awkwardly and maybe smugly, probably confused by the entire thing.
      
      Another student and another person from the march get into a conversation about the land. Some harsh language is used in that debate too.
      
      The student who is face-to-face with Nathan Phillips seems to indicate to the other student who is debating about land to just quit.
      
      It seems the students probably weren’t being as respectful as they should be, but they certainly don’t appear to be the hateful racists that media is making them out to be (even if they do wear MAGA hats).
      
      The students somewhat disperse, but then the Israelites come back into the picture. They use some homophobic slurs while talking to the students.
      
      The students’ bus finally arrives and they happily leave the situation behind them.
      
      Unfortunately, these days, you have to gather information and video from about 15 sources before you get a clear picture about what happened.

        A couple of these groups are obviously seasoned campaigners. The bunch yelling homophobic slurs aren’t going to get much traction from the media. I don’t know, but I would imagine there’s hundreds of such groups over there.

    If you look at all the videos you will clearly see that the Native American, well known for his activism, was at fault, not the student who just stood there, surrounded by other activists and having a drum repeatedly pounded near his face. Kudos to the young man for not reacting and just smiling not knowing what the hell was going on!
    The school is now thinking of suing the media over the fake story.

The other day Saudi teenager Rahaf al-Qunun was detained at Bangkok Airport and was threatened with deportation back to her, allegedly, aggressive family. She managed to kick up a fuss via Twitter ans was eventually able to fly to Canada.

At the same time Russian Natalia Rybka has been detained in prison in Bangkok for a year after being arrested for prostitution in Pattaya.
She then made some sensational claims about secret tapes that implicated Russia in messing with the American elections, and requested asylum in the US, who weren’t interested.
A couple of days ago she was deported back to Russia, roughed up at the airport and dragged away. Probably the last anyone will see of her.

Either she had something or she didn’t.
Whatever.
When it comes to protecting their interests those Russians don’t take chances . . . . . . . from anyone.

Front story on the herald this morning, that tauranga house prices are obscene and outstrip that of london.

This is nuts, because london has some places that sell for 10’s of millions.

Also, the tauranga market is not so much determined by tauranga incomes. I’m a classic example, I earned all my savings outside tauranga, but bought in tauranga. Plenty of friends in the same scenario .

There is spillage from people taking advantage of price differentials. House prices in decent auckland suburbs are pushing 1.5 to 2 million dollars. At the same time, they are selling in tauranga for 500 – 600k, so people cash up in auckland and buy in tauranga. Or, investors buy here using cash from capital gains profit.

The article does mention retirees, and there are plenty of holiday homes here at the Mount. Gareth morgan owns a 7 million dollar place here, but is not a permanent resident.

This is just such sloppy journalism, that fails to account for major factors in the local house prices.

In reality, the people I know who earned their money ‘in’ tauranga, do not live in flash housing.

  Quite happy to see a slowdown on property sales as people say they avoid the costs – but this silly survey only tells the story it wants.
  There are in today’s Trade Me 550 houses with a sales suggestion of $550,000 and under – many new.

    The difference between China and America is that the latter has a Bill of Rights which is supposed to ensure the rights of the individual takes precedence of those of the State.
    China is the opposite.
    America is not a democracy, but a constitutional republic, which means an individual’s rights can’t be taken away by the majority, in theory.
    In China the state does what it likes to improve the situation for the majority otherwise their position is under threat.
    So, for most people the standard of living goes up and anyone who kicks up a fuss is frowned on.

I say yes.
Tighten up.
Chase more – don’t abandon the chase.
Ban any driver fleeing from the police from ever having a licensee again – ever.
Publish their names in the media, once a week fro the next 5 years. This is a person who put us all at risk, and maybe stole your car.
Make the penalty a minimum of one year in prison with hard labour, and put it on social media
If they damage a stolen car make them and their family repay the full cost of the vehicle to the owner and or insurance company.
Do this a few times, and maybe the practice of steeling cars and fleeing from the police will stop, or at least reduce dramatically,.
Keep winding up the penalties until the practice stops.

  Unlikely DigNap15 that there will be any prospect of eve upholding the existing laws let alone any move to even harsher measures. However it seems from recent events the police have undertaken some damage control of their own to counter them becoming such an easy target. The frequency of feral run away’s with their play-station mentality seems to have prompted them to quickly evaluate the options of chase or trap.     Our building costs are not all that bad at a national average of $2000/sq metre (2018). What kills it are land costs & the exorbitant fees charged by out of control councils.
    
    In the Wairarapa you could buy a serviced section for between $150/$180K tomorrow. To build the 1970s equivalent of a 1000 sq/ft “box” which used to be considered okay to rear a family in might add $200K to the deal. Say $400 all up…..max!
    
    But no one would live in it while adding paths, garage & fences with their own labour as money came available. It must be a McMansion or nothing at all.
    
    This is where apple & orange comparisons start to show discrepancies.

      My son is looking to build in Oz at the moment.
      
      Average 4 bed double garage $1050 per m2 around 250 m2. $1550 for up market finishes, marble, flash appliances etc.
      
      $2500 is the quoted price from the architect for round 300m2 including his fees around the $30k mark. Economies of scale but also much lower priced building products, in some cases about 50% of our price.

        Maybe but Aus don’t have to factor in earthquake standards. I’ve no personal experience but I seem to remember that lightly reinforced concrete foundations, steel framing & brick construction are the norm.
        
        That’s not to say that we aren’t getting bored, punched & reamed by local building supply firms.

        nasska, I am not a builder but I was heavily involved with my son’s plans at the outset and looked at many building sites and the buildings.
        
        I did not detect any major differences, spans seemed similar as did structural standards. They do have earthquakes and also massive tropical cyclones so I think they may be similar or even exceed ours.
        
        In NZ I have seen many instances of price fixing and not at a beneficial level for the consumer.

    Slovakia,
    France,
    Finland,
    Hungary,
    Netherlands,
    Slovenia,
    Lithuania,
    Korea,
    Greece,
    Spain,
    Italy,
    Poland.
    
    Are some around the level Hugh is talking about. We’ll never get back to the way it was in the 50s but, there is clear room for improvement so housing gets back to reasonable levels.

So the blood moon eclipse began today at 3.33pm. Not 6.66pm, 3.33pm.

“Blood and Wine” – Blood Moon eclipse at 3.33pm. The number of the Trinity, as this figure holds the grail. The ambiguity between the Pagan and Christian. The demon in fearful suspense trying to control what cannot now be controlled.

Sandmann is an interesting name. It’s solidly based in Western and Northern European folk lore. In Hans Christian Andersen the Sandman is Ole-Luk-Oie. He places fine sand (rheum) in the eyes of young children to bring them beautiful dreams, and protects them with his umbrella from nightmares. That’s why we call sleepy eyes ‘rheumy’.

On the other hand, Ernst Hoffmann also wrote a tale called ‘Der Sandmann’ – Hoffmann was Tcahichovsky’s inspriation for the nutcracker ballet.

In Hoffmann’s tale, the Sandmann throws sand in the eyes of naughty children who won’t sleep. He then collects their eyes which fall out and takes them back to feed his children on the Moon.

In Afrikans this figure is called Klass Vaak.

The Sandmann ushers in the era of the blood-moon, perhaps unexpectedly.

I almost thought that this guy Sandmann was just the antithesis to the dialectical thesis around David Hogg. It seems too strange a parallel. But I don’t think so.   Genuinely hard to tell if this was all set-up to just further divide people in the US. Which is what I’m starting to think happened with the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings.
  
  Always always always both sides are incited and controlled and conflict created.
  
  I’m going to stick, just, with thinking that this was a genuine unorchestrated occurrence. Simply because the optics are so ambiguous, and the spectacle of leftists calling for 50 kids to be murdered would swing centrists not only polarise activists.
  
  But it is very clear that people are being incited against each other, by the real culprits, as always.

  Blood Moon is not a scientific term, though in recent times it is being widely used to refer to a total lunar eclipse because a fully eclipsed Moon often takes on a reddish color—like in the image below, which was taken during the total lunar eclipse in September 2015.

  I doubt it is direct to NZ, but now with recognized UN migrant pact, it will prove interesting how this will work out.
  Particularly as Australia have said no, and NZ has said yes.
  So Australia could well be with in its rights to whistle up the Indian navy to assist, or will the NZ navy be called?
  Who will call the Australian navy heartless if they call up the Indian navy?
  Or will it be much easier to whistle up NZ navy etc.?

  The numbers of migrants seem to vary from a minimum of about 40, sometimes 80 and other times over 200.
  It is a sturdy substantial boat, but the higher the number of people on it, would make it difficult with rations, water and cooking.
  Diesel would definitely need a top up and to get with in striking distance of NZ, and if able to see when a good high comes onto the the Tasman Sea.
  Though I think that some of our local NGO’s and “welcomers” maybe out to meet them and aid them.

  From what I can glean, and understand the boat cost 1.5 crores, which I figure is about US 220,000 dollars.
  Then it is figured to be about 2 years old.
  So it seems to be a sturdy enough boat, but simply over crowded even if only 40 or 80 people on, but if it is as in some reports with 230, then a desperation will be always be nigh.
  
  Why does Jacinda & Winston encourage this, and could most likely end up with blood on their hands.

    I have gleaned that the migrants paid close to NZ$ 5000 dollars per person.
    With a sum of money like that, it seems that the “snakes” are well resourced if the boat is running with 200 people.
    Now will the snakes honour and have set ups for refueling and re-provisioning, or just take the money, as one of the head snakes has a swiss bank account.
    How convenient Jacinda. Now that you will be in Davos, can you have that swiss bank account cleaned out, or at least that account stopped. 🙂 or are you ok with people smugglers? and only want to regularize them? 🙂
