Field breaching housing regulations

An interesting story in the HoS which has discovered that several of Taito Phillip Field’s houses have been investigated by the Manukau City Council for breaches of building regulations. As many as four houses may be in breach.

Who would have ever guessed that our Taito may have been less than fully diligent in following the rules?
