The Dom Post reports that Winston did attend Karaka after all!

Maybe Winston could become a jockey – he’s small enough :-)

I remember watching a fairly second-rate 90s action movie, I think it was called “Death Train” or something. There is a scene for the 2IC villain to establish his character, which he does by prosing on to someone about how:

“We define ourselves by who we hate. If you know who you hate, everything WORKS, you know?”

Winston’s dipping out of public life must be causing quite a few of his fans and anti-fans to re-evaluate themselves…?

PS: (Not entirely off-topic) Has anyone else had the experience recently, of using the word “villain” in conversation, and getting blank looks from people who don’t know the word villain?

Well, his mates the Vela family are firmly entwined in things at Karaka, so one would speculate that this was a freebie for The Baubleator

winston is un-employable – as long as he was in Government he was useful (for a price) to people in the racing and fishing industries. Now that he is unemployed as as of 8 Feb 2009 no longer of the taxpayer gravy train he is no use to anyone and will remain unemployed and unemployable.

David … this a a really unhealthy obsession you have witrh Winston Raymond Peters but at the risk of cross-contamination may I be permiited to ask ….

Did Winston First actually hold their ‘What went Wrong’ closed door conference last weekend?

Did Winston find time our of his busy schedule to attend?

And when bloody when are they going to pay the money back?

So many questions, so few answers.

He’s handy to have round in case there’s a doping accusation.

“No Mr Steward, I didn’t nobble my horse and bet against it. It’s just that Winston exhaled in the staging area right before the race”.

Does the racing fraternity still get the taxpayers money that Winston got the Labour Government to fork over? Or has the plug been pulled on that along with the money for foreign affairs?

Well hardly. How would he get his hair (or even his head for that matter) out of the starting gate?

Peter’s was once a man with the world at his feet. A potential messiah, even?? But greed, ego and arrogance overcame him.

Good riddance to a very BAD hori. May he long suffer.

Winston Peters a jockey. I don’t think so.

Even if he could sit on a horse he would probably emulate the late Cleve Mackie who allegedly was `legged up’ in the birdcage one day and was so drunk he went straight over the other side.
