phil, sorry mate but we evolved as omnivores, and that includes meat. In fact, agricultural growth of fruit, grains and nuts is a much more recent invention that charbroiled steaks. And it was the discover of charbroiled meat that gave us our bigger brains and penises and our ascent to the top of the food chain.

If you want to be a veggie, fine, get sick and die, I don’t care, just leave the rest of us with our healthy omnivore diet and we’ll make sure we can care for you and smooth the pillow on your dying bed.

After reading in the Herald that the main parties campaigning in the Mt Albert by-election had at least 34 MPs from outside Auckland using taxpayer-funded flights to travel north to support candidates in the Mt Albert by-election. It is know wonder that the smaller parties with their nil budgets got nil percentage of the vote. I would like to be the first to announce that the “The People’s Choice Party” candidate Rusty Kane did not use any taxpayer funded expenses for our campaign for the MT Albert by-election. And will be filing (Nil) on all their Returns of Candidate Election Expenses and Donations. A true reflection of their percentage of the vote. We can truly say the Mt Albert by-election voters paid for what they got and got what they paid for.

Did you read the article. This is the 11th pregnancy, and yet she has only one child prior to this. Maybe nature is trying to tell her something about her genes.

Or what about this bit -“Five days after the miracle operation, Taylor’s bowel perforated and she needed another major operation.” Yep, more trauma for the baby, more expense to the health system. And for what?

Brian Smaller, from yesterdays comment, rest assured I do buy Pancetta regularly, coppa too try it sometime , also magnificent real Italian Parmegano Reggiano and Pomegranate Molasses (divine with Killinchy Gold pure vanilla ice cream) from our local Mediterranean food store and yes, I can afford it and happily pay top dollar for good quality foods.

Rolling pancetta around fresh Nelson scallops and a quick grill is the ultimate taste thrill. 🙂

I know that dairy is very fattening, phool. New Zealanders eat more butter than anyone else, which is a major contributor towards cardiovascular disease and other related nasties. In fact, CVD rates have dropped in the last fifty years due to the decreasing consumption of butter and full fat milk and increases in margarine/table spread and less creamy milk. I’d much rather listen to “Big Dairy” than the bizarre full stop polluted insanities of phool.

And fuck the world. I don’t see why I should miss out on my saturday steak just so some third worlder who’s going to die of goiter or malaria or whatever anyway gets a handful of rice.

Whatever the argument Phil, there is no doubt that there are serious health hazards associated with breathing smoke into your lungs, particularly with the high tar content of marijuana smoke, so it is a bit rich for you to be preaching sermons to other people on health issues.

How is the Maori Visa man still free?

The cops visited him today, but still no charges.

If any non-Maori was selling fake Visa’s or immigration stamps they would have been locked up a week ago and facing many years in jail.

Nothing like double standards.

S R … Havn’t you heard we signed a treaty with Maori in good faith.. And that treaty (The Treaty of Waitangi) gave Maori certain customary rights the rest of as don’t have. And some Maori like the Visa guy have taken full advantage of those rights as they see them. Thats why the police can’t/want touch him. Just in case its a breach of the treaty from his Moari interpretation of it. Put it this way if a immigrant can bring in their family and friends then why cant Maori adopt and and keep theirs. Most Pacific over-stayers if not all are really south Auckland New Zealanders anyway, who are we trying to kid. If we had our own writen constitution we would not have this problem of past misinterpreted treaties, Because they would all be superseded and we would have to abide by the new writen constitution. Unless of course politicans were stupid enough to try and incorporate the already old misinterpreted treaty into it. Which would defeat the purpose of the constitution. And while we are about it why don’t we grow some balls and become a republic under one flag. As it stands now we have two of everything. One for them one for us scenario. How else can you interpret shared partnership under the treaty.
