Clark unaware he got sacked!

October 1st, 2013 at 2:08 pm by David Farrar

did a press release today:

New mortgage lending restrictions will be a kick in the guts to the many small businesses that borrow against the family home – although the Government has yet to do any work in the area, Labour’s Economic Development spokesperson David Clark says.

I thought David was aware that David Cunliffe took that portfolio off him and gave it to Shane Jones! It seems not.

David Clark is too busy parroting the lines that the party’s Research Unit feeds him to notice these things. He was touted as Labour’s Next Big Thing, but seems to have already peaked, and now there is only one direction for his career to proceed.

    No, Shane Jones is LAZY.

Ten to one he wasn’t interested or didn’t feel like doing a press release or something something whatever zzzzzzz and Clark had to do a release on the spot to make sure that Labour said at least SOMETHING.

    “No, Shane Jones is LAZY”

But accurate, he called it when he said the Labour caucus was unfit to govern.

Er Nigel, the statement of the “Small Business Spokesperson” indicates an awareness of the new position in Clark’s office.

Some media officer whose job it is to release these statements writes in extras like Clark the spokesperson says. A person, who by habit, has again added in “Labour’s Economic Development spokesperson” David Clark says as they used to do). A simple oversight. DPF knows how these offices work even if you people on the blog do not.

Mocking Clark for what some staffer does is petty, but it plays to the tone of the blog audience so why not … Classy …
