National MP’s caravan fire bombed

Very disturbing to read that someone has fire bombed Nick Smith’s caravan, parked by his house.

There is almost no chance this is an opportunistic crime. Nick lives well out from the city centre, so it would not be a random act as some people are walking home. It must be very planned and deliberate.

It goes without saying that incidents like this have no place in politics.
