“It is perfectly reasonable for ACT to point out to National supporters that if they want tax cuts sooner rather than later, Kiwibank sold, less restrictive labour laws and welfare spending cut, they should consider voting for ACT.

But it makes no sense to personally attack the politicians they would have to work with in a centre-right government, bail out the prime minister or call attention to disharmony within National’s ranks.”
