Peters vs Brash

I really have to laugh at Peters calling Don Brash a “beginner”.

The harsh reality is that in 24 years in Parliament Winstin Peters has achieved almost nothing, apart from being sacked three times. I doubt any MP has ever had such a mediocre record. Well maybe Ross Robertson.

Don Brash, unlike Winston, didn’t need to set up a new party to become leader. And his speech at Orewa permanently changed NZ culture, as it allowed for an open and sensible debate on the role of the Treaty. Not bad for one’s first term.
