If Mr Maxwell wants to argue for Maori Wards why doesn’t he present a clear and concise argument for them? Rather than just sneering at/threatening White People..

        Are only whites (or members of a “oppressive” race) prohibited from getting Maori tattoos? Let’s say the daughter of immigrant Burmese parents wishes to get a moko? Or what if Tibetian? Would the line be drawn at Japanese women? (The case could be made that the Japanese government has oppressed the indigenous* people of Japan.)

        No-one is prohibited for getting a moko/moko kaue.
        It’s just that there are divided opinions as to whether non-Maori should have tattoos associated with Maori designs.

  He’s recently (re)discovered his Māori heritage and like so many converts has turned against his previous life. Many Māori responding on Stuff reject his simplistic view of ‘them’ and ‘us’ and some who were eligible voted against in the referenda. He completely ignores the fact 25% of MPs have at least some Māori heritage which suggests quite a few ‘pakeha’ voted for them. If somewhere like Whakatane which is well over 40% ‘identified as Māori’ voted no then I suspect many who voted against identified as Māori.

  I would like to see more scholarships for young Maori though.

    I am constantly asked for money and without exception every one is Maori.
    (I usually give to women because I reckon they take such cr*p they deserve some.)

  But this then gives the COLL and Robertson the opportunity to blame the Farmers for the fact that they Government (you and me) will have to pay for it so he can then have an opportunity to put some sort of tax on it.
  It is estimated at One billion dollars will be spent and that it is the National Party’s fault despite no special taxes were needed for the twenty five billion and more that is being spent on Christchurch.

Nurses, rather unusually, decided to strike whilst under ‘Labour care’. It is unusual because industrial trouble normally brews under National, seen as the ‘enemy of workers’. Perhaps the coalition is such a self seeking mess that it invites little worker loyalty.

What an indictment for the Peters selected “Coalition of Corruption and Chaos”.
Heard the top man in Auckland Grammar School being interviewed on one of many new proposals to change the NCEA exams as proposed by the grubby little Effeminate Hipkins, the Peters installed so called Education Minister.
The Auckland Grammar School top man said the proposals were a “Quagmire”.
How appropiate going a wee bit more for NZs voters to dwell on. Sums up the present also ran Peters installed gang of no hopers.
“Quagmire”=Entanglement or a Jumble. A real mishmash.
As for the architect of such a mish mash of no hopers .Selected by Peters 40 chaotic years in NZ Parliament. Check out where his rat bag Party are making out in the latest Polls.

  Nothing like a spot of change for change’s sake. Hope he does not forget that ‘revolution’ is expensive. In a large sector like education changes impact huge numbers of people, many of whom now need new processes, documentation, training, reviews, conversations.

      The one thing the Education sector and the Labour Minister should be asking is how Charter Schools were able to take these hopeless children that caused disruption in the classroom that public School Teachers no longer wanted to teach then turned out to be top students. Why did they not reject discipline and hard work at Charter Schools and achieve, well the answer has always been teachers in the public schools only care about those that are clever or gifted and know that the Union will back their call to remove those that don’t conform to their belief. Why do you think the Labour have to put them back in the public School system as the Union won’t except it any other way.

        Sometimes I just think you write bollocks and other times I know what you write is utter bollocks; this is an ‘other times’
        
        It is obvious that you have no connection to anyone with any dedication to education or know anyone involved in the teaching profession.
        
        Just to help you out here, there are a great many dedicated teaching professionals grappling with the vicissitudes of what passes for the education system in New Zealand, and contrary to yours and others firmly held convictions, are not card carrying members of the Aotearoa Communist Party or the equally stupid labour party.
        
        It may surprise you learn how much teaching time is lost to nursing complete misfits in the school system so that the special ones are included, a totally disproportionate time fucking about doing things like administering medication to children who should not be in the class or the school. The teacher administering the medication because the fuckwit parents refuse to recognise that their little, Johnnie, Sophie, Manu, Rangi, Mahammad and Mahommadette are the problem, not the poor mite who has been stabbed with the scissors.
        
        The ‘gifted’ children are frequently neglected for the ‘special’ members in the class, usually numbering about 10%, who cannot be trusted with pencils let alone scissors in the great New Zealand drive to mediocrity where everything dumbed down to the child coming from the home where there is no parent skills and even less discipline so that we can embrace ‘inclusiveness’
        
        I don’t doubt there are ‘reds under the bed’ but your broad-brush approach is an unwarranted slur on many good teaching professionals in this country that are doing their best with what they have in the parameters that the clown party in the Beehive prescribe.
        
        Take a moment to walk in a teachers shoes, and thank the person who taught you to read this.

        When I was teaching our senior administration tried to shove this nonsense on our shoulders. We were told one staff meeting that as teachers etc, we had to ensure that student X took his ADHD medication at 11am each morning. I objected and told the bosses that as we were not trained nurses/paramedics etc, we could not be responsible for assessing the condition of the student before administering a prescription drug. That was something either a trained medico or a member of his family should do.
        The rest of the staff agreed… and the parent was made to come into school to deliver the kid’s medicine.
        Classroom teachers shouldn’t be taking on tasks that nurses, professional psychologists, social welfare officers, school counsellors are paid (but often fail) to do.

        Paul’s Gnome you actually remind me of a couple teachers I had in the 1950’s that used to call students names and throw dusters at them. I do appreciate that teachers have a hard job but the sector now days wants to have it all ways and the point I was trying to make is how can Charters schools gain the respect of the students that the public education sector don’t want and get them to achieve with discipline and hard work when The public system can’t. By the way two

    The real reason is that they don’t want their lesser able Polynesian student population to be seen to be under performing relative to others. NZ still has to live with them: we can’t dumb the whole country down. That’s why they appear more prominently in the supported classes including young mothers.
    
    When the year 10 “maths” includes teaching GST calculations hasn’t the curriculum been reduced sufficiently already? They can get a certificate but that doesn’t make them employable.

I hear all about the terrible pay rates that teachers suffer and my heart pumps custard.
They cant afford to live in Auckland???
Do they ever think of how hard it is for the ordinary family in Auckland to just get by on a shit load less income than them ???
My guess would be no ..
And these people who want pay parity and yet are in unique professions ?

    I’m not sure if this correct, but if so it is a worthy argument. A guy rang talkback the other day and said you cannot compare nurses and teachers as nurses get paid overtime, days in lieu (for public holiday work) etc. whereas teachers are just a straight salary. ( Do not bring up the long holiday bit for teachers –they are often partly used for planning, professional development etc.)

      Yeah nurses and midwives work shift work 7 days a week and have lives in their hands.
      Teachers work 35 hr week and have 3 months paid leave.
      Both have similar professional requirements but very dissimilar renumeration.

    Most school teachers: babysitters with acculturation.

    Both teachers and nurses would have been significantly better off under National’s plan to move the tax brackets, but they were conned by the Unions, Greens, Labour and Media portraying this as ‘tax cuts for the rich’.
    So instead their extra taxes go towards owners of good looking horses, the Pacific Island oligarchy, Foreign Affairs luvvies, and Labour Party hacks like Cullen bludging off the public purse in the ever-growing committees and policy reviews.

  People with maths and science skills living in large cities have much better paid options than teaching. So schools find it hard to get decent maths and science teachers.
  
  That’s a problem whether you sympathise with teachers or not. Also, try to avoid the same mistake as the media which is assuming what teachers think is the same as what teacher unions say.

  Yes it’s amazing that under leftist policies they give a free pass to Islam and take in literally millions of Islamic “refugees” while totally shutting their borders to Christians who actually are refugees!
  
  The reason is because of the leftist hierarchy of victimisation. Christians are seen as the oppressors and so get cut no slack at all. Christians who are poor and are actually being oppressed in the Middle East for example are routinely ignored.
  
  But you have to understand that the leftist hierarchy of victimisation has Muslims at the top. Muslims are seen as the victims. Even when patently they are the oppressors. They are seen as the victims and are at the top of the leftist demands for more refugees to be admitted into our western countries.

There is now a gag order stopping newspapers from reporting on his plight.

    A first reaction is that Tommy Robinson’s right to free speech is being hammered because he is an extremist of the Far Right.
    
    However, could it be that the Establishment is silencing Robinson up to prevent him destroying the trials of scores of Muslim Pakistanis and/or Bangladeshis on trial for raping white children in Britain?
    
    What if their lawyers were able to plead that these scum had no chance of a fair jury trial because of the actions of Tommy Robinson and Co? And they then walked free?

Yesterday I raised the Human Rights Commission’s devious efforts to create a new crime of “disharmonious speech” in New Zealand in respect of criticism of Islam and its followers by using the UN Human Rights machinery. The UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination is currently chaired by Algeria and the UN Human Rights Council includes countries like Saudi Arabia and Pakistan where “blasphemy” is punished by death, so there should be no problems there.   I see also that Greenpeace are on an all out attack on the farming industry with their “shock and awe” donation campaign over dirty waterways – long ads playing on TV over the weekend.
  Maybe someone needs to remind them that our rural waterways have never been so clean and the massive amount of work being done by farmers up and down the country is the reason.

    Yes, but next year’s replacement price for stock will be huge. Last year’s price was less.
    The process for recovering compensation for lost production is highly complex and therefore will take a long time, thinking getting a resource consent time.
    Think killing of new cows to go into herd this calving, 8 years of milking life at least, the heifer calves (unborn) killed in utero, again a loss that might not be considered these are future replacements for the herd 2 years down stream.

That’s what the EDL is. Buy the book, read it. It’s unimaginable that a political party, or even a loose conglomerate of like minded individuals can’t operate in the Israel run state of Stasi Caliphate Britain.

Continuing: One of the other founders was a man called Peter McGlauchlin. He wrote the only book that currently exists on the rape gang phenomenon called ‘Easy Meat’ – it’s still available on Kindle. I suggest buying it before the English government has it memory holed. The book details with the finest set of evidence that the rapes have been ongoing for 40 years. Back in 2010, the EDL had forums where parents could post looking for their daughters – those sites have been destroyed by the government, down the memory hole.

Peter and Tommy also co-authored a book called ‘Mohamad’s Koran’ – the entire text with a 100 page introduction. The only difference is that he re-ordered the Koran into chronological order. His book goes from the last back to the earliest – Islamic rules of abrogation states that earlier things are countermanded and replaced by later parts – later parts are more important then the beginning. That’s important, because the early parts of the Koran cited by liars engaged in Kitman and Taqiyya are relatively peaceful. The later passages which supersede those parts are pure injunctions to and of violence and rape. That’s is Mohammad’s war-lord persona. I’m going to buy that book. Tommy Robinson is quite an able man to write such a book. Not the working class hooligan of Pier Morgan’s fevered dreams.
Tommy was nabbed over a court case from May 2017. A Canterbury case where he showed up outside to take pictures of defendendants. He was incensed people were walking the streets of Canterbury, for child torture rape, and no one knew it was happening. In England there are restrictions on reportage during trials to avoid jury prejudice by extraneous material to that allowed in the court. That is the basic structure, and you can be held in contempt.
However the case Tommy was reporting on had particular rules. Those rules were in s41 of the Criminal Justice Act of 1925. The provisions in 1925 incorporated an offence of taking a photograph in a court. As photography had only just been invented and developed to the degree of mobile photography able to be performed in court. Reading the 2017 judgment containing Tommy’s suspended sentence, it was agreed that Tommy WASN’T IN THE COURT, he was just vaguely cited as ‘being in the vicinity’. And he was hit with a sentence by the judge using draconian inherent powers of the court so he couldn’t contest. But he wasn’t ‘inside’ sufficiently to trigger the provisions. But they were applied anyway.
What happened to him then was unprecedented. He was live streaming and branded the defendants as guilty improperly – he didn’t state it was an alleged offence or the trial was ongoing, but he complied with the court’s will as fast as he could by shutting down the stream. But then what happened. He was raided at 4 in the morning, taken from his bed in front of his wife and children, and imprisoned. That has never ever happened in the history of England for a journalist making a mistake. Jouranlists in the UK regularly impute guilt to white people for crimes that fit their narrative of a cringing muslim minority being oppressed. Yet they never receive punishment, let alone a Gestapo abduction. The judge acknowledged that Tommy was acting consistently with advice he had received from other courts about what he could and couldn’t do. The judge admitted that Tommy wasn’t given a fair warning that the behaviour that was appropriate in one case, wouldn’t be according to his own rulings.
It’s unknown if the judge ordered a 4am raid for a journalist who make a mistake. But it’s unlikely. That’s for drug dealers, pimps, and murders who might leave. So it’s very likely the order came from higher up in the Tory ‘government’. He was tried and convicted, and had decent legal representation provided by Ezra Levant and Rebel Media. The actual case was decided and embargoed until the muslim case was decided – where the muslims were imprisoned for long periods for raping girls in their chicken shop like chickens.
That was how Tommy received a 3 month suspended sentence for a journalistic error that didn’t prejudice the commission of the trial. The trial was not prejudiced. No one is sure about appeals. Interestingly Brian in London notes that court reporting in England has died in relation to pedophilia and rape cases. You can’t see now if there have been appeals, or what is being stated. They’ve shut it down. They always shut it down.
So that’s how Tommy received a 3 month suspended sentence under s41 of the Criminal Justice Act 1925 for standing outside a court when the offence provision only punishes standing inside the court. 3 months imprisonment for journalism.
The judge’s ruling is unclear – it doesn’t say how the suspended sentence would be employed. If he got an indictable driving offence – would that trigger it? The judge did go on to say, full quote, and it does sound prima facie damning for Tommy:
“I would have thought a further contempt of court by similar actions then that sentence of 3 months would be activated, and that would be on top of anything else you were given by any other court. In short, mr Yaxley-Lennon, turn up at another court, refer to people as muslim rapists, muslim pedophiles, while a trial is ongoing, and before there has been a finding by a jury that that is what they are, and you will find yourself inside, do you understand”.
In the stream above, Tommy was being extremely careful to obey these directions. He said only alleged. He said ‘under trial’.
The case he was outside of was complex – it was split into three sections. One trial had already taken place, verdicts were secret. Second trial had taken place, verdicts were given, but were kept secret and the sentencing was secret. Tommy wanted to find out what the sentences were. Were they 10 years? Were they trips to Disneyland? Were they 6 months? So that these torture rapists would be pillaging the Kaffir again within the year? There is a third trial to happen later this year which is also secret.
That means a very very large trial, in a very large Northern town, is kept out of the papers. The names of the defendants could be found on the court docket website – in Leeds. All ‘Mohamad, Sarim, Afsaan, Asif, Huzaifa, etc’. The information as clearly in the public domain – it was on the fucking court website. You could on the website while Tommy was standing there and find the names. So it can’t be reading out the names that matters.
The press in the Uk could report, but they don’t like reporting on trials of muslims raping non-muslim children.
Easy Meat is all about that – a former UK government minister used the term ‘Easy Meat’ in an interview. He talked about ‘Pakistani’ and ‘Bangladeshi’ – but it’s not race based – but ideology based. The only common element to the child rapists be they from Syria, or Yemen, or Pakistan, or Somalia or France fucking lol, or South West Africa is islam. The minister was asked ‘why’ – because they regard non-muslim children as easy meat.
The press avoided talking about it for years. The first reporter to talk about it in the Sunday Times was Andrew Norfolk. He expressed regret. He knew it had been going on for years. He was sidelined and pilloried for speaking out. Just like Sarah Champion the Labour MP for Rotherham citing the conservative million girls number was fired and threatened with imprisonment, and also threatened by muslims with rape and murder.

  He wasn’t ‘in the court’ in 2017, but he was in the court building, and he was trying to film the defendants. The only reason he didn’t succeed was court security was aware of his plans and the judge had to intervene and change things by way of different entrances. For this he was clearly in contempt of court.
  
  I have alot of sympathy for his current predicament, the seeming swiftness of his re-jailing and disgust at the MSM for not properly covering these current trials, but he should of been more aware of the legal parameters he was operating under.

The evidence of cover-ups in every single town is incontrovertible.

The response was always ‘the girls incited it’. It would start with gifts – chicken in the chicken shop, jewellery, food. Then alcohol and drugs. Then they’d ask for photos, touching etc then very quickly rape. The girls in Rotherham spoke of being raped by 30 men in one night. Note the tale of ‘Alex’ in the Rotherham Royal Commission Report. Raped by three separate muslim mobs, in three separate locations. Once in a taxi by the driver and the muslim passenger. Then ejected from the moving car. Again, by another groups that offered to take her to the hospital. Then again, by another group that said they’d call the police. Her life destroyed, in the space of an evening in New Britain.

There is a table on Peter McGlauchlin’s website that gives names – that gives the statistic that 90% of the people convicted of child rape are muslim. Quillian, Majeed Niwaaz’s organisation found exactly the same result – 90% committed by muslims. The only common feature is adherence to Islamic ideology.

Easy Meat has a whole chapter on the Islamic roots of the crime. When Peter wrote the first edition, it came out before ISIS and Boko Haram – who behaved exactly the same way muslims have behaved in British towns for 40 years, with the same Islamic justifications. This can all be cross checked by looking at defences given in British courts with the statements of the terrorists in the ISIS and Boko Haram caliphates in Iraq and Darfur.

In England it is a business – it went beyond pleasure. These men were running businesses, where most occurred. The girls having been despoiled and destroyed psychologically were transported all over the country as chattel for the enjoyment of others. That’s how rape occurred in places without large muslim populations. Which raises an interesting point in and of itself. In such a vast network, how many members of (((government))) and (((media))) are implicated?

Additionally, why did none of the muslim communities in towns where they were a smaller population say anything? They just raped merrily away as if it was the casual discourse of religious business of a Friday. You can see hints of this on the BBC documentary ‘3 girls’ – which they only ran because a couple of the girls weren’t white – the (((BBC))) found about the only non-white girls they could find in this ocean of rape, and ran a story on them.

Tommy went to a court to cover material the press won’t cover.

What is so perverse is that it is impossible to even find out what the court reporting restrictions fucking ARE. Because the (((BBC))) and the other (((Media))) won’t even state that – which is beyond the scope of injunctions. There is no website you can refer to which tells you what you are allowed to say about a case in Leeds. There is no resource.

So Tommy was arrested by the Stasi Gestapo for breaking rules that WEREN’T PUBLISHED OR AVAILABLE because the media wants to stop journalism.

What Tommy was doing, was within the bounds of legality. He didn’t infer guilt. He asked questions and took photos which he is allowed to do. We have seen thousands of photos of people led into court, justin Beiber, Kanye.

The case last year in Canterbury literally established a Tommy Robinson line of cases. There is one rule for all, and the Tommy Robinson law. He was jailed within five hours under Tommy Robinson exemptions to normal UK laws.
He was taken off the streets. Conflicting information was given to people around him.

Here is what happens in a first world country with a functioning judicial system. You get arrested. They get information out of you. Then you’re either released or remanded. Then you’re given a court date. For that court you prepare. You get a lawyer. Review the facts. Get info from the prosecution and present a defence. In Tommy’s case they didn’t let him choose a lawyer who knew the earlier Canterbury case or him at all. At best someone ignorant and incapable of dealing with a technical case, more likely one of their people on the take. He got no lawyer. No time. No due process at all for a reasonable carriage of justice.

It was in front of the same judge who already had said he didn’t like him.

His ‘lawyer’ was given no time to prepare, if he even had one.

Who knows at this point.

He was given an absolutely draconian ten month sentence. Some of these child rapists actually get less then because of parole and muslim community pressure.

Tommy was tried and convicted under conditions that don’t apply to anyone in the UK. The courts, police, local Leeds councils, national government, all the way to (((May)) were involved.

May is the Quisling who banned Pamela Gellar and Robert Spencer being able to enter Britain, whilst she has allowed and is paying for 25,000 ex ISIS fighters to suck on the Taxpayers white teat in England. Whether she’s doing it to terrorise the English, or just to bankrupt them at this stage is unclear. Labour of course are no better. Task force to be set up to look at Holiday Act changes
The Government is set to announce the formation of a task force to review the Holidays Act after it emerged employers had not been complying with the act on holiday pay for years, leaving thousands of workers out of pocket.

Workplace Relations Minister Iain Lees-Galloway will make an announcement tomorrow in relation to the Holidays Act. It is understood he will announce the formation of a task force to look at how the act can be simplified.

Further details of the focus of the task force will be announced tomorrow but a source said the “magnitude of the problem” had forced the Government to act.

Greens will be over the moon. The economic losses will be horrendous and most of the culled farms will be unlikely to recover. Farmers don’t have pots of gold to re-establish themselves nor do many have the resilience to be able to sail through this wild slaughter. Mental health is going to predominate the rural sector. Who can guarantee that this will not be repeated? Who can assure NZ that the Greens did not participate in bringing disease into the country. Drastic measures deserve drastic answer.

This is the most irresponsible decision made by the COL so far. Is it lawful? Is the govt lawful?

  We are repeatedly told that jails don’t work, and that youth justice residential units are gateways to jail, but I can’t help thinking that if this young man had been detained in a secure unit somewhere instead of being out on bail, then he and his 12 year-old passenger might be alive this evening.

It was a stolen car so they might have only been aware of it from the news and their involvement when there was a knock at the door. Another strike for a bailed offender and sadly taking the life of his young passenger with another seriously injured. What a sad ending.
