A new website at 2020nz.co.nz allows you to look at what the NZ electoral map looks like under different scenarios.

Utter useless map. It has Northland for NZ First as 2017 election base. The drunken dwarf lost Northland on election night 2017.

  Hey thanks for testing it – the 2017 election base does show National by default, but if you tap it it will change through the parties, which might be what you’re seeing!

All it shows is that National controls just about all of the income producing areas regarding export earnings.

Labour Controls all the main center’s that produce very little export income outside of students and tourism.

In short National areas are an Asset

Labour Areas are a Liability.

As the Labour/Greens destroy the Asset areas, the Country will continue to drop economically as it has since the 1970’s

In a generation we have gone from one of the richest Countries to the middle of the pack with a long term steady decline.

All the signs are there and nobody is talking about it.

Any wonder the smart money, rich listers, have moved offshore.

Some computer nerd has creamed his pants dreaming up this site. It is, like so much in the information technology sphere that I deal with, a woftam.
I put in Act 11%, Nats 34%, Labour 44%, flotsam and jetsam 11%; and it came up with Labour 58 seats, Act 13 seats and Nats 45 seats.
Tell that nerd that there is minimum number of 120 seats.
Footnote. Woftam is acronym that stands for waste of fucking time and money.

  Thanks for testing! When I put your numbers in, I get Labour 53, Act 13, National 41 and Other 13, so 120 – if you change any of the electorates or don’t set the other parties to 0 it will give different numbers though (and the numbers are only shown for larger parties).
