So we’ve been given the unsurprising news that Rotorua and Napier have the country’s highest crime rates and Selwyn district and Central Otago have the lowest.
But nobody is admitting to the elephant in the room. Is it too hard to admit the truth? If it can’t be admitted, then how can you do anything about fixing it?

  You can’t do anything to fix the problem when PC has extended to reverse racism and has now become enshrined in law. The solution is in our hands, but most of the population are so disengaged or oblivious to what is happening round them that fixing the problem might come down to some very deep pockets funding challenges to this racism everywhere it pops up. MASSIVE ONGOING VOTER FRAUD IN US ELECTION

There is now ample evidence to date that shows the US Presidential Election was materially corrupted to favour Democrat Joe Biden.

Overnight on election night at around 4am in Michigan & Wisconsin hundreds of thousands of votes suddenly appeared and all were for Biden

~ It is almost impossible to determine if the ballots are valid based on signatures alone and some states did not even require valid signatures.

Almost every “irregularity” that pops up favors Democrats.

  Voter fraud occurs wherever there are voters. We have a smattering of it each season here too. It is founded in the belief that “I’m so correct, the others cannot be allowed to replace me.” The basic trick is to inflate the rolls then others can vote for the extras.

    Their career (and possibly their life) would be over if a Democrat whistle-blower were to spill the beans. Besides, it’s just about as blatant as it could get: in the swing states, everyone goes to bed in a Democrat-controlled polling location wherein vote counting is halted for some dubious reason as Trump’s vote-count is about to push him over the line. By the time everyone wakes up the next day, Biden has miraculously closed the gap or even surpassed Trump, courtesy of the newly located Biden votes at something like 100%. But I have been predicting exactly this outcome for a couple of months, so I am not at all surprised. The Dems and Deep State bureaucrats have such hubris that they aren’t even really trying to hide it. If they get away with it this time, there will never be anyone other the Democrats in power.

There’s a quiet employment revolution under way and it is typified by this from ASB –

And it will be quietly impacting households accustomed to two full time jobs, not eligible for subsidies or benefits, and now wondering how they are going to pay the rent or the mortgage. If they can’t, then what?

With 96% of the bank’s transactions self service – automated, no front office bank workers required. No job losses, the bank says. OK, maybe, but more likely that means natural attrition rules, and the union is appeased and not slagging off the bank in the media. Unlike unions and those other two companies mentioned. Other banks will follow, if not doing so already. There are empty banks (and many other empty outlets) on Wellington’s golden mile, though not at all clear who will take up those leases. Redevelop into apartments perhaps.

ASB is to close 23 branches in February next year and reduce the opening hours of another 13 branches.The bank’s branch closures come on top of the nine it did not reopen after the first Covid-19 lockdown …. Sims said there would be no job losses as a result of the branch closures….

If Trump can prove in Court voter fraud and get a Court ruling on “legal vote counting ” then Trump wins. If Trump cant do this then Biden wins.

I remember when

  I take it G152 that you are referring to the child killed by a member of its family, that Child Protection Services did not take away although warned about. If so – this is a result of the agency being damned by this Government and Maoridom if they are proactive and take children away before it is harmed, and damned by the Government and Maoridom if they don’t react and something happens to the child. Child Protection has become paralyzed because either way they are criticized and are made out to be the bad guys in front of the whole country for doing their job. Unfortunately this Government and Maoridom refuse to face up to the real issues that cause child abuse and use Child Protection as a convenient scapegoat.

  I tend to agree, but the stories of fraud are pretty eye-opening; like the observer in Detroit that claims 130000 ballots, all for Biden (a statistical impossibility if not fraud), were delivered in dead of night in a weird collection of vehicles.
  
  Turnout has been really anomalously high in a number of battlegrounds. Would be really interesting to do some detailed polling on if and how people voted to see if it matches electoral records and turnout.
  
  There will always be some level of fraud, but has it been significant enough to tip the scales this election? Is there any way it can be detected after the event given anonymity of ballots?
  
  Litigating and investigating all this will take months.

        They are being counted last in states that refused to allow any early counting of them.
        
        An opposite pattern occurred in states that allowed pre-counting. This is what happened in Florida and Ohio, if you remember. Biden got off to a rocket start in both (mail votes) and was then steadily pegged back as the election day vote was added.

A summary of almost 3000 submissions by DOC on a new Aotearoa NZ Biodiversity Strategy makes it clear it must address what is called a ‘biodiversity crisis’.
Close to two-thirds of the submission were from Forest & Bird supporters.
Many councils stated goals can only be achieved with landowner buy-in.
One submission stated that in the Auckland region 40% of indigenous ecosystems are critically endangered, with 68% ofthos remaining found on private land.
Respecting property rights was supported by industry and councils as a way to secure co-operation, a view not universally accepted by conservationists.
A local government submitter said it must be recognised that mapping of sites is expensive. It is beyond the ability of some territorial authorities and regional councils to fund and undertake in the required timeframe.

Lies, damn lies and reality.

Two things:
1. Auckland Council & Heart of the City want Aucklanders back in the city centre, Auckland’s CBD is empty compared to pre-Covid; and
2. The reported unemployment rate is 5.3%. Given what we observed last weekend, that statistic is not reliable.

Last weekend, as a family we went into Auckland to see a show with our son, we parked at the Civic carpark. These were our observations.
1. The roads leading from the Cook St exit to Mayoral Drive were empty of people and cars;
2. The Metro Centre foodhall was dead (it always was a dump, it is now even more so), over half the food court has not reopened after the lockdowns;
3. Queen Street from the Town Hall to Victoria Street is now a desperate dump, with many shops and buildings empty;
4. Business can’t be booming when shops like a woke telco (opposite Wyndham St shuts at 4.00pm on a Saturday;
5. We then drove home the long way via Devonport, Takapuna and Browns Bay – the story was the same, with many shops empty and for lease signs in the window.

The above is urban Auckland, areas that often do not suffer as much in recessions, but what we saw did not fill us with confidence.

One final note, what AT and the Council have done to Takapuna has not helped. Even worse, next year, the same is going to be inflicted on Queen Street, under the City Centre Master Plan (look it up on the Auckland Council website). The programme is called “Access for All”, and will begin with the closure of Victoria Street for CRL. Queen Street is already a dump from Vucoria Street heading towards the Town Hall, this will ensure its decline is even greater.

The decline of a once bustling city centre is sad to observe.

    I’m not denying that there is some perverse economic activity going on out there. But you do not get businesses closing, or major employers laying off staff and there not be a significant increase in unemployment.
    
    Equally, the printing and splashing of money by the RB and government can only continue for so long, as the consequence of over pumping the money supply, is inflation. And the current global climate, that will lead to stagnation. Which will be made worse for NZ if the govt has to continue supporting failing businesses/employment by wage subsidies or there is hidden unemployment. You figure….

  Fox News seems to have got it wrong by calling Arizona so early. Will he win, I don’t know, but it still should be in play. The fox expert was questioned when he called it so early and he said it was because all the later votes would lean Biden as they were for Biden districts and postal. But they were wrong the more recent votes have favoured trump. The ny times still has Arizona in play and their graph shows trump trending up.

So much for the Blue Wall. Looks like Red will hold the Senate and have won former Blue seats in the House. So Biden (Harris) if he wins will be a lame duck President. And thank God when Harris takes over her far left policies wont make it into law.

As for the pollsters ( and I refer only to the US pollsters) again they got it so wrong they now have zero credibility ( they had none with me).

Biden was going to win in a landslide Red States were going to turn Blue in vast numbers.
Either their methodology is flawed or they are biased Dem voters.

They should pull their heads in now rather as they are trying to explain their failings.

Will they accept the end of Trumpism and find a centrist accomodation with the administration or will fear of the rabid elements prepared to primary them keep them as 100% obstructionist? Too soon to tell what will transpire but with a leader who defined them for four years in a world of legal pain they are facing existential problems.
  Of course in 2022 the next Senate election will easily be waged by the dems as flipping the senate as what is required fir the US to make progress. And who knows how many law suits will land on the red team when the justice department is allowed to do its job rather than running defence for the [del]?

To my knowledge the Government has not supplied any evidence to show that the current sick leave provisions in New Zealand are inadequate. Having been an employee and an employer, I would make the following observations.

An employee who takes their five days every year, one day at a time is almost certainly not sick. People can get sick for one day, but not that often, and rarely five times per year, one day at a time. If you get a bad cold you are going to be off three days.

Then at the other end of the spectrum, you have someone who has a serious problem. You need three months off for heart surgery for example. In my experience if your employer values you, they will do something for you to get you back. That might mean full pay for a month and half pay thereafter. My point is that increasing sick leave to 10 days will do nothing to help these people.

My prediction is that most of the costs on employers will be an increase in ‘single day’ sick leave.

I have not given this much thought, but surely the system can work better by changing incentives? That would mean a portable entitlement that follows you for life that you pay a premium into. So if you have not been taking frivolous sick leave, and you need heart surgery at 50, you have 6, or 9 months sick leave accumulated that you can draw on.

People react to incentives. This announcement by the PM is just going to make a flawed system more expensive for employers. And I would wager that the government has commissioned no analysis to show the need for this, or its impacts. You can’t make good public policy on some ideological whim.

  Agree with you BY. We all know employees who take “sickies” – usually a day here, a day there. And plenty who say oh I have still got x number of sick days so I’ll make sure I use them up.
  BY’s suggestion of a “portable entitlement” makes good sense. It always annoyed me that ACC was there for even idiots hurt because of their own stupid decisions, but some poor person needing heart surgery or cancer treatment is just expected to muddle through.

  You mean the spike in sickness on the days of the Addington races and Melbourne cup were not actually sickness?. Who would have thought. 😉
  
  In my first full time job, I got chastised by the pay lady for not taking my accrued sick leave when I finished up. She suggested I pull a “sickie”, in the second to last week. Clearly not the last week she said, cos you need to be at work on the last day to shout morning tea.
  
  I did have a couple of days off but refused to claim sick pay because it was a result of a self-inflicted hangover, not some sickness I had no control over.
  
  She said everyone takes their sick leave if I didn’t take my sick leave, it made it look like everyone was just ‘rorting’ the system.

    In my 48 year working life I had about 5 sick days and a couple of those were due to hangover. I also know that my long term employers would have looked after me if I’d had a serious illness but If I’d used up every last day of sick leave maybe they wouldn’t have.

      Likewise, I have accumulated the maximum sick leave our company accrues to which is 20 days sick leave. It is there for me in case of genuine unexpected sickness or hospital visit or whatever. Unfortunately all of our warehouse and yard people use theirs as it accrues up until it runs out. If one of them is unexpectedly hospitalised for three weeks, they will now need to take it as unpaid leave or use any annual leave they have.

    When I worked in Oz, accumulated sick leave was paid out as a lump sum on leaving.
    
    It may have altered but it seems a “thing” based on the ruling below from the Oz tax office.
    
    “ETPs are generally taxed at a lower rate than your normal income, provided the payment is made within 12 months of your termination. ETPs include:
    
    payments for unused sick leave or unused rostered days off”

    Counting stopped for the night (with a statement that it would resume at 10am the following morning)
    An Observer filmed vans arriving and dropping off ballot boxes (one using a radio flyer wagon for it).
    Suddenly at 1am they say they’ve resumed counting and oh hey, Biden has 130,000 more votes than he did an hour before. (during a time period they said they weren’t counting votes).

The issue is that the states that have ‘alleged’ fraud in their the voting process all have Democratic Judges in both the lower courts and the State Supreme Court. Many have no pathway to the DC Supreme court.
Also once the ballots are counted and sealed you can only ask for a recount not a check to see if the voter was legitimate or not. The rules for a recount are strict and in some cases you must have a vote differential of less than 0.001% before one is allowed.
This will be the election that that Dead rose up to elect a one of their own.

a) Get preboarding negative tests.
b) Test on arrival(or day3 for the nervous nellies
c) If a flight arrives with ALL passengers negative. Let them self isolate(with daily checks) after day 4. Then come to a special testing station on day 13.
d) if ONE passenger tests positive, then ALL passengers on that flight stay in MIQ for the 14 days as present.

And for goodness sake allow some wiggle room for special cases, deaths, births, marriages, whatever.

Who in their right mind would allow 100% of facility bookings!!!

The Christchurch Star reports Richard Andrew Peters, the initial lawyer for the Christchurch mosques-massacre terrorist, Brenton Harrison Tarrant, has been censured for discussing the case with the news media.

The report originates in the NZ Herald.

The professional disciplinary tribunal decided not to suspend the lawyer, Richard Peters, but ordered him to pay costs of $13,000.

Peters, as duty solicitor, was the first lawyer to represent Tarrant. He spoke to Tarrant by phone then appeared for him at his first appearance, in the district court.

After this, Peters spoke to the media, including to Radio NZ and the NZ Herald.

The Star reports Peters told the media of Tarrant:

“He didn’t appear to me to be facing any challenges or mental impairment, other than holding fairly extreme views.”

Peters then speculated on how the case might play out.

The NZ Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal initially found Peters guilty of misconduct but suppressed publication of this until the conclusion of the terrorism trial. The final decision, censure and costs, was made last week.

Made in New Zealand since the 1920s and with a great range – I understand they are currently exporting 50% of their production of over 10,000 knives per month.

    I’ve been hunting with Svord for, I guess, 30 years – my only criticism would be that his steel is very hard and therefore unable to be honed in the bush; steeling is no good and you’ll need to stone them – other than that they’re good; they’ll last you a lifetime.

Just got this email from a friend. Not sure if the subject has already been discussed on KB, but it’s worthy of debate.

You might be interested to know that local bodies (Councils, regional authorities etc) can make constitutional changes without consulting the community.
For instance, they can introduce Maori Wards without the public having any opportunity to vote for them. They can make these changes without consulting the public or they can run a referendum of their constituents.
Currently at least six councils have decided to move to introduce unelected Maori on Council which reduces the number the public can vote for.
This includes New Plymouth Council despite them holding a referendum where 83% voted against it.
Also doing the same are without consulting the public are: Tauranga, Kaipara, Whangarei.
Ruapehu and Far North District Council are considering asking their constituents by referendum.
We can currently force our Councils to hold a referendum by getting 5% of the constituents to sign a petition.
The Hon Nanaia Mahuta, now Minister for Foreign Affairs, has retained the Local Government portfolio. She has announced that for the public to be able to call for a referendum is an anomaly and that she already has everything in place to remove the option and will do so soon.
Interestingly, it was Helen Clark who introduced the referendum option to prevent councils from abusing their powers.
Legislated racism is alive and well in this country and is about to be stepped up. Watch the next three years and just remember – I DIDN’T VOTE FOR THEM.
I also believe that most Maori do not support such proposals. This is being driven by Maori activists who ultimately are pushing for Maori sovereignty.
Local body elections 2 years away!

  Firstly, minor correction: FNDC HAVE put it to a elector vote in 2022. A young activist indigenous council member voted in last year has gone ape shit. So in a way not unhappy as we get to vote.
  WDC have instead voted for indigenous wards, as has NRC (regional body). Interesting thing there was that a highly respected regional councilor (and ex chair I’m pretty sure) summarily tabled his resignation and walked out of the meeting based on the lack of democracy of the council. So for these two bodies 5% petition for referendum before 22 Feb 21 required. As you might guess I’m a rate payer for all three bodies so shouldn’t be a problem -not. Mahuta is going to remove the democratic option, and given the the time frame I would almost guarantee that it will be done under urgency in order that the wards take effect in 2022.
  But this where my BP comes into play. In Northland over 50% of the population identifies as indigenous. FNDC also has one of the country’s worst indigenous land rate delinquency levels and people like me have to make up the difference ( because we are easy single owner targets for “recovery” if we don’t cough up) meaning I pay ~1.16 of my RV for sfa being in a rural coastal town. If the indigenous population paid their rates and put up credible candidates it is unlikely they would need special wards because they would get voted in anyway. Most people would probably be reasonably happy up here.

The Sweden stats show hardly a blip in the death rate – only just above the background noise. The models the UK govt are being scared by are seriously wrong.

  This should definitely be called into question. One could make the excuse that they started counting the mail-in ballots then but that doesn’t explain the sudden spike of thousands of votes instantaneously.
  
  Presumably they were counting as as fast as they could before that, hence the steady curve, but a sudden jump like that all of a sudden is improbable. You don’t count/add thousands of votes in an instant.

It was an accepted fact that the Government Printing Office had trouble meeting deadlines.
Prior to it being sold to Graeme Hart they had exceptional absenteeism on Mondays and Fridays.
In order to catch up with the lost output the staff had to do overtime during the week.
By doing this the staff managed to maintain their income level.

    Zero evidence. The other point about voter fraud is there is little evidence of it occurring in the US and when it does happen it occurs on both sides. If you listen to Trump you would assume it is 100% Democrat. In fact the biggest instances were republicans. The reason all the mail in votes are Democrat is Trump told his supporters not to do it and to vote on the day. And in these key states the votes on the day were counted first. Biden will get Georgia and Pennsylvania so the sheer numbers will make the fraud accusations irrelevant. Georgia also all Republican leadership. Not that it matters.

In 2016 Jill Stein and the Greens were blamed a bit for Clinton losing. Interesting this time that The Libertarian vote is higher than the likely difference between Biden and Trump in Wisconsin,Pennsylvania,Georgia , Arizona and Nevada and Biden seems likely to win all those except maybe Arizona ( which would be embarrassing for Fox ). The margins may finish up bigger than that once all the provisionals ( which may be mostly voters who requested a mail in ballot and then voted in person as these votes need to be checked to ensure voters have not voted twice) but at the moment the Libertarians may have cost Trump his job. They are mostly people who would not have voted for him anyway but presumably more Right than Left.

  And can you see Biden dealing with North Korea? Telling Kim, “c’mon man, feel my leg hair” ain’t gonna work. Kim knows Biden is a weak Democrat and will have Biden dancing to his tune. The world will be a much more dangerous place.
  
  Then there are the tax cuts they will end. Packing the court. Open borders. Ending the filibuster and the Electoral College (though the last maybe not since it served them this time). The ending of fracking and the implementation of the Green New Deal and carbon zero stuff. Gas prices will triple. There may be brown outs. The U.S will have to start buying oil from the Arabs again. The end of the suburbs.
  
  And as for the virus? The Democrats have no idea about how to combat it. All they do is give out money. The states with Democrat governors have fared the worst. I can’t see what else they’d do.
  
  After a short time, people will be begging for Trump back.

A **stunning** video here about US “voter fraud” (the video isn’t about the 2020 election but about voter fraud in general) –

The video says that the Pew Research Center found that **24 million** voter registrations in the U.S. are either “invalid or significantly inaccurate.” They also found that nearly **3 million** people are believed to be registered to vote in more than one state. ( Ok, I don’t like the use of the term “believed to be” either, but anyway…… ).

Stunning revelation in the video – in an undercover investigation, New York City detectives made 63 attempts to cast illegal ballots, based on flawed voter rolls. They were successful in **61** of those 63 attempts!
Similar investigations in other cities and states produced similar results.

A stunning thing the video mentions is that “ballot harvesting” is now legal in California! (The video gives details of how it works).
The video says that “in the first major election after ballot-harvesting was allowed in California, Democrats won **every single Congressional seat** in Orange County – despite that county having been a **Republican stronghold** for decades!
Now, ok – that isn’t **proof** of fraud, but it’s a “remarkable coincidence” with the legalising of ballot-harvesting.

( With that kind of stuff happening, how on earth you can have ANY fraud-free elections in the US is a mystery…… ).
