I DON’T WANT TO READ ANOTHER ANALYSIS OF “WHY TRUMP LOST” BECAUSE HONESTLY? ALL INDICATIONS ARE TRUMP NOT ONLY DIDN’T LOSE. HE OUTSTRIPPED THE WIN THAT THE DEMS COUNTED ON SO MUCH THEY HAD TO BE BLATANT IN THEIR FRAUD:

And the reason I don’t want to hear it is because this is not remotely about Trump anymore. This is about us, and our right to representation. This is about a Republic if we can keep it. So stop rolling over, because rolling over is going to get you under the boot of the global oligarchy. You’re Americans. Remember that. Stand on two.

This is no time to be “reasonable.” Mr. Reasonable has left the room. And he’s taken Ms. Conciliatory with him.

    It genuinely astonishes me the the level of support for Trump even here.
    This is a man who really doesn’t give a shit about America, the free world, free trade, anything other than what feeds his pocket and his adoration. He doesn’t care about the Constitution, the rule of law (other than how he can twist and abuse it for his advantage), yet still the apologists and adorers believe the crap he spews. Unbelievable. Normal rational people turning doolally.
    It’s pretty obvious the Democrats don’t have much of a clue, but at least they will stop the current toxicity for now.

      BUT
      It was the Dems/Bernie Sanders etc attacking queues of TRUMP supporters while standing PEACEFULLY in queues to see him speak.
      It was Dems who supported the burning of city centres
      It was Dems who supported the defunding of police
      It was Dems who refused federal support for covid19
      each thing they accused the President and GOP of, was something they themselves were actually doing.

I have read the article and it doesn’t name a single example of when trump required complete authority. It says , “His first response to every crisis is to insist on complete authority, while at the same time abandoning all responsibility. Despite his inaction and incompetence, he won’t relinquish control over the government’s resources to those who know how to use them.”
    
    Why would he relinquish control. He is the elected president. He is in control of certain resources. The states have their own rights, resources and authority and make their own decisions. And then the author claims the problem is inaction which is the polar opposite of authoritarianism. This guy has no facts.
    
    Meanwhile in NZ, The Covid 19 Public Health legislation passed in NZ is far more authoritarian than any action taken by the federal government in the United States, a country which is further protected by the fact that it is a system of governance checks and balances. And then what about the captains call to prevent further oil exploration. That is an example of authoritarianism. Because a single person can make a sweeping call that affects the country without any process or checks and balances.

It’s utterly superficial to focus only on Trump and all of his faults without understanding that, unlikely as it may seem, he is the dam holding back a tide of anti-American, post-national, Globalist special interests who will finish off the last vestiges of the traditional US nation. It’s not Democrats v Republicans, it’s Trump versus the Globalists on both sides. There will never ever be a “respectable” and “moderate” Republican elected to the Presidency again. A Biden administration will act to prevent that possibility. It’s Trump or the corrupt Democrats, end of story.

Now they walk around in birkenstocks, eliminate or suppress and dismiss dissenting opinions while pumping officially sanctioned propaganda incessantly into our homes and imploring the team of 5 million to be kind to one another. Two further factors in Pike River coverage persist – that devastating “facts”continue to emerge – like “Police have lost evidence” – and that so often it is Newshub, following the tradition of TV3, that releases the “leak” or information –

Tonnes of concrete poured into ‘critically important’ Pike River Mine air feed where miners could have gathered – Electrical expert
An expert investigating the Pike River mine disaster has claimed a mine manager pumped tonnes of concrete into a vital air feed, likely where the miners gathered after the first explosion, “completely obliterating” evidence …
Electrical engineer Richard Healey, who spent two years helping the families investigate, appeared on Newshub Nation on Saturday claiming 350 cubic tonnes of concrete was poured into the mine.
“We have the invoices for the material, 105 tonnes shipped from Australia in seven shipping containers. We have eyewitness testimony from people who put material down the shaft, the process took three days. We know that the contract which was signed to do that specified that 350 cubic metres of material would be used.”
[Healey] said it occurred in 2011, less than a year after the first explosion.

“The manager of the mine, who was the manager at the time of the first explosion, participated in a decision to pour 350 cubic metres of concrete down a shaft and into a fresh air base, completely obliterating all evidence,” Healey said.

“So while everyone thought they were gathering concrete evidence, they were, in fact, covering the evidence in concrete“ [1]

So
1 – is this true that more concrete than would fill the area of concern was actually poured down the shaft to obliterate evidence, and if so
2 – was the manager Peter Whittall – “appointed CEO on 2 October 2010. The Pike River Mine disaster occurred less than two months later. Prior to his role as CEO, Whittall held the position of General Manager Mines and was responsible for on-site construction, mine development and recruitment at the Pike River operation” – and who else, persons or agencies, “if he participated in a decision”, was involved in that decision? and
3 – was these claims presented to the Royal Commission in any form for their consideration, and
4 – why was the concrete imported from Australia, and
5 – is this an obvious attempt to destroy or make “unavailable” any evidence – particularly bodies and any evidence any one of the miners might have written down in the hope of later discovery, and so
6 was it an effort that when discovered would the render any reason to re-enter the mine itself a pointless exercise?

If Healey has the invoices for the concrete, or copies, do the police also now have copies of what could be vital evidence of a literal cover-up, and supposedly the person or people who ordered the concrete?

Healey told host Simon Shepherd that there is “a lot of evidence” some of the miners survived the first explosion on November 19, 2010 and they likely would have gathered at the fresh air base. If they had, their bodies may now be entombed in concrete.

On the anniversary in the past week Jacinda Ardern reaffirms pledge to Pike River families as officials reach re-entry milestone 10 years on. What actions will her Government now take regarding these apparently new claims?

  While it may be true that concrete was poured in, it is only conjecture that it was done to cover evidence. This is typical of reading into an action the motivation for the action. Given that the miners were well dead by that time, there would be numerous reasons including stopping the fire from continuing to burn.

  There are critical questions in the numbers and method.
  I have built , rebuilt and repaired concrete plants in the past.
  Your driveway is produced as follows
  5cum of concrete = 1.5tonnes cement 10tonnes of aggregate approx. 1 tonne of water
  ie 12.5 tonnes or 2.5tonnes per cubic meter
  so
  350cum of concrete weighs 875 tonnes or 70 truck loads I’m sure that hiding that would be very difficult, unless they build a very large concrete plant on site and hiding that would be very difficult too.
  As for bringing concrete from Australia, in containers???
  Not know much about concrete do ya.
  I’ll give you an example.
  A concrete truck driver, stopped for lunch, fare enough, he switched of the bowl (from rotating), the concrete hardened enough in the bowl as to destroy the bowl.
  So the importation of “concrete” in containers is impossible, because
  1. The concrete would be hard before the ship left port.
  2. The heat generated by the reaction would have warped the container and made it (due to the way containers are stacked on a ship) impossible for them to be off loaded.
  3. A container (20′) has a volume of 34.6 cum therefore concrete to fill this weighs about 84 tonnes ….max cap of a 20′ container is 25 tonnes

    How did they get 350cum of concrete to the…. “down a shaft and into a fresh air base”
    From the outside, they would have had to build a significant road to it.
    I imagine the shaft was of significant length compared to it’s width, assuming the pour from the top, as the concrete was poured in, some would gather on the side of the shaft, accumulate there and eventually seal off the shaft (relatively near to the top). Making further pouring impossible.

  What Key should have said – National will not win the next two elections to Ardern’s Labour.
  It is obvious now after the conference that National is the Party of Loyal New Zealand whereas Labour is the Party of Republic Aotearoa and God help anybody who does not agree. Any loyal person will be shouted down probably more harshly by a woman so will keep quiet.
  $430,000 votes were lost to Ardern this time and that will remain as many Loyalists pass on during the three years (me, very probably for a starter).
  The Queen will pass on and King Charles and UK royalty will not continue.
  Socialism will prevail in New Zealand – we will all be speaking Maori as they enforce their will and get whatever they want as Ardern needs their votes (at a cost).
  I feel it is a shame that Goodfellow is still in the driving seat –
  two/three more election whilst they do not wake up.
  The Ardern secret gurus will continue plus the Media party will watch every National move as they are continually paid to do (with taxpayers money).
  National – wake up but I feel it is too late.

I remember when

One report, however, suggests there was a police involvement in the decision.
Hope springs eternal but experiences to date suggest otherwise.

How to run a business under Biden.
Dear Employees:
As the CEO of this organization, I have resigned myself to the fact that Joe Biden is our President and that
our taxes and government fees will increase in a BIG way. To compensate for these increases, our prices
would have to increase by about 10%. But, since we cannot increase our prices right now due to the dismal
state of the economy, we will have to lay off sixty of our employees instead. This has really been bothering
me since I believe we are family here and I didn’t know how to choose who would have to go. So, this is what
I did. I walked through our parking lots and found sixty ‘Biden Harris’ bumper stickers on our employees’ cars
and have decided these folks will be the ones to let go. I can’t think of a more fair way to approach this
problem. They voted for change……I gave it to them.
I will see the rest of you at the annual company picnic.

  The other big difference is the energy produced by the nuclear is there all the time. Over a 5 year cycle between surveys, they are producing at full load maybe 95% of the time. The stuff from windfarms is very unreliable and is often just not there, like on frosty nights when power demand is highest. And they produce a lot of their power when it is not needed. That is why windfarm proponents only talk about their nameplate rating (in MW) rather than the energy produced (in GWh/year). There is a large disconnect. And for solar, it is even worse.

    I think a lot of this media grandstanding is just tree-shaking to try and convince people inside a grand conspiracy (whether it exists or not) to flip and snitch for avoidance of prosecution.
    
    I think there was quite a lot of scattered and disorganised fraud, mostly in the form of deliberate ‘errors’ made by counting staff to disadvantage Trump, which is why all recounts seem to favour Trump. I am doubtful of a big conspiracy, though subverting voting machines could potentially involve a very few to big effect –
    so higher probability of that having occurred. <1% chance of Trump winning from here.

  Because they threw the case out without a hearing, the Trump campaign will likely win on appeal because they provided such a large amounts of affidavits and other accompanying evidence and they refused to even hear the case.
  
  Now the Supreme Court not only has grounds to say the Trump Campaign’s rights were violated, but also that the District Court refused to even consider it.
  
  So if they do certify the US Supreme Court can quite literally award the entire thing to Donald Trump, the District Court outright refused to even hold any hearings on it.
  
  Prior the defense aka Pennsylvania could have claimed… “oh we did hold a hearing and see he got a fair hearing”… now they can’t even say that.

If you read the comments on here you would imagine the evidence is overwhelming and yet they can’t prove a single case in courts all over America, in Republican states, before Republican judges who in some cases Trump appointed.   Because you don’t understand how it works. We’re talking about civil litigation cases here. As Mark Levin points out, most people don’t go into court with reams and reams of evidence because there hasn’t been discovery yet.

And then they say. ‘well then what’s your point?’ They don’t even understand how the civil litigation side of our justice system works. What do you mean, what’s the point? I have enough information here to make an allegation based on a reasonable basis in fact and law and we want the opportunity to pursue our lawsuit and to conduct discovery. Written discovery, document demands, depositions – whatever it takes – and we’d like to conduct discovery very quickly. Right now none of that exists unless a court allows it to exist.

The Federal Election Commission Chairman Trey Trainor says “the Trump campaign is bringing “legitimate accusations” to court through affidavits of credible witnesses and other evidence used in its challenges to electoral outcomes in various states”

“What I would be concerned with, if I were on the other side of these election contests that are going on around the country, is that if you look at the level of evidence that has been provided by these affidavits — hundreds of affidavits that corroborate events that have happened on the ground — in a summary judgment phase of these cases, you have to take the evidence of the plaintiff as being true,” Trainor told “Just the News AM” television show Friday morning.

“The court has to take the evidence of the plaintiff as being true and see whether or not the other side can make a case against it,” added Trainor. “So, the massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place. And the other side really needs to answer these questions.”
