Assuming Peters, Dunne, Tariana and Anderton hold their seats, the allocation of seats would be:

National 54 seats
Labour 54 seats
NZ First 6 seats
United Future 3 seats
Maori 3 seats
Progressive 1 seat

Labour/Maori/Progressive would be 58 seats. They would need United Future and/or NZ First to form a Government which would not be very stable.
